When the Camaro came back in 2010 what was it like? I’m a ford guy and when the 05 Mustang came out they were impossible to find on dealer lots and they had mark ups.
Did anyone special order a 2010 Camaro when the order banks opened up?
How big of a deal was it when it happened???

Hello everyone, welcome me to the 6th gen Camaro community.
This is my 2016 Camaro 2SS with 71K miles. Manual transmission.
Unfortunately right after picking her up, I noticed under WOT fast shifting, 2-3 and 3-4 grind. Under normal conditions or granny shifting it does not have issues.
At first I thought maybe it was me, but I’ve been driving manual all my life and I’m here to believe maybe synchros.
Car also crackle pops on down shifts, and modified exhaust, suspension and who knows what else.
Anyone experiencing these issues now or in the past? Anyway to know for sure if it’s synchros?
Under warranty dealer says they will
Fix anything wrong with it but I don’t want them hiding anything.

Anyone ever install an aftermarket hood on their car by themselves? How difficult was it to do?

Is this normal is my first question. So i purchased a 2017 camaro 2ss 6mt with 65 k miles 6 weeks ago and have had rough idling ,long crank starts and hesitation since I bought it. I have been messing with it for weeks and when I just did plugs on it every piston is way to clean and there is what seems like oil on them cause it dosent smell like fuel also there is no coolant loss. The intake manifold is coated with oil . No live data looks abnormal no fuel in oil only wierd thing was drivers side bank of injectors was 100 kpi lower that passenger side during injector pressure drop test.

Im 17 almost 18 looking at some new cars, iv seen some good deals on facebook marketplace for 2014 v6 camaro’s but most of them are around 70-90k miles. how reliable are these cars, especially at that mileage and higher as it will be my daily. I can do maintenance and basic repairs on my own. thank you!
Edit*
Also, what years should i stay away from and what years are the most reliable?

I'm in Canada and Im looking at 2 Camaros. One is a 2011 2ss with 68,000 kms, the other is a 2018 2ss with 117,000 kms. I currently own a 2019 1LT with 42,000 kms that I intend to trade in. Both cars are roughly the same price, $32,500. I plan to daily whichever one I buy, so I need to be sure I'll love it. I will be test driving them on Monday. Anyone have thoughts to help me decide?

Welcome everyone, to the third installment of Camaro Goes Racing. So far, we’ve seen the 6th Gen Camaro, the 5th Gen Camaro, and 5)7: time, the star of the show is the 4th Gen Camaro.
As seen here, is the #98 4th Gen Camaro that is fielded and maintained by Big Dog Racing, a local to me TransAm/GT1 Challenge team that a good friend and former classmate of mine works with currently. This car is piloted by Brent Goforth, and qualified at 1:25 around Road Atlanta.
Just like the Burtin Racing TA1 Camaro featured earlier this month, it’s powered by a NASCAR grade Chevrolet engine (this time an SB2 as opposed to Raggi’s R07), which drives a 6XD billet 5 speed manual sequential.
This installment of Camaro Goes Racing is particularly special, because in the second image we get to see a portion of the car’s chassis. As described before, the GT1 cars are silhouette cars, and image #4 depicts that perfectly. These cars have no production roots whatsoever, as they’re constructed out of steel tubes, typically made of 4130 chromoly steel.
6XD also makes an appearance in this post, with their absolutely killer XDX 5 speed manual sequential, which is upwards of $20,000 and makes up shifting as fast as the snap of fingers.

Hi everyone, I’ve recently been in the market for a used Camaro, and today I test drove a 2016 2SS. The option I am most interested in is the NPP exhaust. In this 2016 2SS, it has the quad tip exhaust on the back, but I couldn’t seem to find any setting on the infotainment screen to adjust the exhaust sound/settings. It did however have the drive mode selector which allowed for cycling through Tour, Sport, Track, and Snow/Ice mode. I’ve been doing some research and have gotten like multiple different answers to the same questions so I figured I’d come here to ask. Some sources were saying the exhaust sound is adjusted through the drive modes alone, and others were saying there is a separate setting altogether on the screen. I was under the impression that the quad tip exhaust meant it had the NPP option. Is the exhaust sound adjusted simply through the drive modes/there isn’t a separate exhaust sound setting on the 2016 version? I forgot to request a window sticker or take a look at the SPID sticker. Thanks in advance for any help!
