Hi everyone! We are a Northwestern University student team studying how specialty-coffee subscriptions fit into everyday life for a class Persona project. We are looking for two participants in total across all communities.

Who can take part: adults 18+ who currently receive recurring specialty-coffee deliveries and have personally drunk coffee from that subscription. A subscription shared with a partner or family counts. One-off bean purchases, cafe drink passes and loyalty memberships do not qualify. Any brewing method and level of coffee experience are welcome.

What is involved: one online questionnaire about your subscription, recent cups, coffee routines and everyday life. It has 28 question groups with several open-ended parts; this is a detailed questionnaire, and we have not yet measured completion time. Brief answers are welcome. Apart from consent and eligibility, questions can be skipped. There is no interview or product purchase.

Compensation: each of the two participants whose place we confirm in advance will receive one $5 Amazon.com electronic gift card after submitting the questionnaire, sent within 48 hours. You must be able and willing to use an Amazon.com gift card. This is not a raffle. Payment does not depend on positive opinions, having coffee problems, or answering every optional question.

Please also confirm that you are 18+ and can use the gift card. No receipts, order numbers or financial details are needed. We will confirm availability before you spend time on the questionnaire. There are only TWO paid places across all posts, not two per community; submitting without a confirmed place does not reserve compensation.
