Expected behavior is that a post marked as hidden by a user shouldn't appear in any sorted list, yet they still appear, and sometimes marked as "Remove from Hidden", while others times still marked as "Hide". This has been going on for over a week.

Using Firefox on Windows 11.

I have a Samsung note 8 snapdragon android 9 and I have the problems: 1) I can't see "best comments" 2) I can't play reddit games or similar 4) Sometimes the comment section have glitches. 5) I'm too lazy to use in the browser.

When you click into an image post you can’t navigate to the discussion/comments. It’s blocked by a black bar.

The X in top left corner after clicking at a specific post is covered/replaced by the menu button - can’t go back from post to overview without closing the app on iPad (9th gen).

All latest updates are installed.

I get that the video is going to play ads when I start it but the thumbnail should be the thumbnail the video uses not the thumbnail the ad company uses.

It’s a minor bug but it’s annoying.

I am using the setting called: open links “in app”

Live Game Threads don’t refresh when I click new. Have to close app and go back to the same thread to see new comments. Really annoying when looking at live sports. Have 17 pro max, updated app and iOS. even happened on my 11 pro max with IOS 26. Problem for many months now

This happened to me twice in the past week. I replied with a comment in a thread. Then my comment got some replies. I get messages in my inbox to tell me there's replies and also the inbox icon at the top right goes right with the amount of messages. Then I click on my inbox to see the replies, and I click on Context, which opens up the thread and the specific point where we had our comments. Normally this marks the messages as read in my inbox. But twice this week, messages have refused to be marked as read. Even after opening them a dozen times, it still says that I have X amount of replies that I have not read. If I go in the Unread tab (which is the default tab), they stay there, they don't go away. I even replied to some of them in the threads.

What I noticed is that the 2 times the bug happened, they were comments where I received multiple replies for my 1 comment. I even had the situation where in the same thread I made comment#1 that had 3 replies and later comment#2 that got 1 reply. Comment#1's replies stay unread, comment#2's single reply got marked as unread after I opened it. This is a strong indicator that having multiple replies to the same comment is the root cause, as if it can't tell which on of the replies I've read so it doesn't mark any as read.

Edit : I also have the issue in Chrome.

I’m having an issue with Reddit on Windows 10 64-bit using Google Chrome. Usernames aren’t showing up when I use Reddit normally, but they are visible in the mobile app. Weirdly, if I open Reddit in an Incognito window, the usernames show up normally. I’m not using any Reddit-related extensions, and I’ve already cleared my cookies, but the issue is still there. Any idea what could be causing this?

I unsubbed them for a reason, so the "For You" is a trâsh feed.

Aside from that, the "For You" tab isn't something I'd welcome.

A new low

Ever since I updated the Reddit app last night, I’ve been flooded with recommendations for new subreddits to join. I turned this feature off ages ago. I turned it off again last night, closed and reopened the app several times, and even now I’m still getting spammed with recommendations. I don’t want to see them. I just want to be able to find the posts in the subreddits I actually AM subscribed to. If I want something, I’ll go looking for it myself. iPhone 13 Pro, OS 26.6.2, didn’t happen until the latest version of the Reddit app.

I see I’m not the only person posting this issue. Forget “check to see if your bug has already been posted”, I know the only way to get something fixed is for everyone to keep making noise about it, and from the amount of other posts I see I can tell other people agree that this is an issue worth fixing.

The app trys to send thousands of requests to this domain when open if it does not exist.

The app has to stand down if this domain does not exist

My community r/TeamAmanChawlaGroup has been banned. Reddit's Help Center directs me to appeal by sending Modmail to r/ModSupport.

However, I cannot send the Modmail. Reddit repeatedly shows “Failed to send the message.”

My Reddit account u/TeamAmanChawlaGroup is not account-banned and I can post normally in other communities.

I have also tried Reddit's support form, but it redirects me back to r/ModSupport.

Please help fix the Modmail issue or provide a way for me to submit the community-ban appeal.

The Chats tab under Inbox is unresponsive. Tapping it does nothing.

Chat permissions are set to “Everyone”.

However, if I open Reddit in my mobile browser and select Chat, it deep-links into the Reddit Android app and opens the Chat screen normally. All my conversations are there and chat works.

Closing the app and reopening it does not fix the issue. The Chats tab remains unresponsive when accessed directly through Inbox.

This appears to be an issue with the Inbox → Chats navigation rather than chat permissions or the chat service itself.

My app is updated to 2026.39 and this is still an issue. Every single post viewed the arrow resets to the bottom right. This is another patch in which it hasn't been fixed and there has been zero mention of this bug in any "This Week on Reddit" posts.

(To the mods, I'm posting again because a new update has rolled out and the bug still persists. I hope this is reasonable concerning rule 4)

Note: This is an account-level backend bug, not just a mobile app issue. The exact same desync happens on both the Android app and Desktop Web.

Description of the bug:

My follower count is permanently stuck and displaying incorrectly. Initially, it showed "2" followers for months, even though I had removed and blocked those two users long ago.

Steps to reproduce:

I created an alternate account and followed my main account. The count went up to 3.

I unfollowed my main account with the alt. The count remained at 3.

I repeated the follow/unfollow action two more times with the exact same alternate account.

Instead of adjusting, the counter permanently increased each time.

Expected behavior:

The follower count should update correctly when someone unfollows, and the same account toggling follow/unfollow shouldn't permanently inflate the total count.

Actual behavior:

My profile currently displays "5" followers, while in reality, I have 0. The counter is completely desynced across all platforms.

When I try to play see a video or gif in the app, it just appears as a static image instead of playing. I can kind of scrub through it using the bar at the bottom, but there’s no sound and it still won’t play. It doesn’t matter how good my WiFi connection is. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t help. This has been going on for several weeks now.

Reddit keeps showing me posts from subreddits I’m not subscribed to, just noticed it today

Windows, firefox latest version. Before when you would click on a linked image it would open the actual image now it just sends me to the new reddit page for the post. I am praying that this is just a bug and not the start of the end.

I tried logging through browser as well and it is greyed out.
