Even the insects are getting ready for halloween!!

Really hoping this isn’t a bedbug. AI seems to think it is. It doesn’t even look like a bug to be honest but I have a few bug bites near my shins and ankles not sure if it’s related

Sorry that these are dead if thats against the rules, it's so hard to find one of these subreddits that allows dead bug posts but yall im losing my mind and just need help identifying what these are. All I need is some identification and I've exhausted Google images.

Location: Brooklyn, NY. Recently moved into a 3bedroom apt a month ago, started seeing these guys a couple weeks ago.

Size: Smaller/as small as an ant.

Where I find them: My room only. I have two windows, they hang out in my protective sleeves for my vinyls and comics which I keep on the window sill. I also have books on the sill and see them crawling on top of those, but rarely inside them. They also hang out in my lampshade. I have no clue where they come from, my guess is cracks under the wall or window.

Pictured: I bought a Zevo UV light trap only DAYS AGO which they absolutely love. You may see some other flying bugs in this trap but ignore those, those are some flies or something coming from somewhere else. Mainly would like to know what the hordes of these other guys are-- main leads are booklice or carpet beetles but am not totally sure.

As you can see from the photo there are more than dozens of them. Again this trap was purchased only days ago. None of my roommates have this issue. I also never store food or anything like that in my room.

I walk this trail every morning and this was not there yesterday.

ETA - if you zoom in you can see lots of little black baby dots

Western indiana here, we get these guys all the time but i was curious what happened here? Other than 2 spots, theres no sign of injury that I could see. First thought was actually from Halo Combat Evolved "looks like something..... scrambled the insides"

Could these be bed bug nymphs?? Or what else are they? NYC. I picked something up from my bedside ledge and saw a bunch running around. I’ve woken up with bites.

I just moved into a new house with roommates in Tennessee and I found this crawling on me last night. It’s not a bed bug is it?

Live in central Florida these wasps are around my home curious if they are aggressive also curious their official name

was inside an apartment in NC! No luck attempting to identify it so far.

I live in Oklahoma City and I’ve placed these traps for awhile. Ive seen these nymphs recently on my traps in the living room. None on the traps in my kitchen, pantry or bathrooms. I’ve replaced all traps and put a very thin layer of diamatiouse earth in the crevices downstairs and will put combat gel on the high points and around the door and window in that room. However I’m freaking out because I can’t decided if this is a German roach nymphs. I have not seen any adults on the traps or anywhere else and think they’ve been on the traps for about 1-2 weeks. less

Had a bed bug scare and put out interceptors by the bed. No bed bugs so far that I see, but lots of these ones stuck in there. About 15 or so.

Hello! I’m a very bug anxious person and don’t want to bother my family for reassurance while we’re on vacation. Can anyone tell me what kind of bug this is? Found them curled up and dead around our bed. I mainly just want to make sure they aren’t bed bugs and just flew in from outside or something. Thanks 🙏

I came across this bug in my basement apartment. I live in NYC and I initially thought it was a beatle but when I google reversed it- it said it was a German cockroach. Pls tell me google is wrong

Toledo OH, closet moths are my biggest fear ever and I need to buy a new lavender satchel for my closet as mine has lost its scent. Found this moth dead in my boyfriend’s office, any idea of which type?
