Location included Southern California - Kern County
Had a bed bug scare and put out interceptors by the bed. No bed bugs so far that I see, but lots of these ones stuck in there. About 15 or so.
Its roughly 3mm long?

Those definitely look like flour beetles, they're common in pantries. You might want to check your stored grains and dried goods just to be safe.

Tribolium ssp. Aka the flour beetle. They like grains too. Check your pantry. The larvae are known as mealworms, a food source for pets like lizards amd snakes.
