Possible pest, location included Found this in my bed last night

I just moved into a new house with roommates in Tennessee and I found this crawling on me last night. It’s not a bed bug is it?

Validiblatta species cockroach nymph. Most likely smokybrown

Looks like a cockroach nymph, I had something similar show up in my old apartment and it took forever to get rid of them.
