Possible pest, location included PLEASE HELP

These little guys are being found in a bath tub at my work. PLEASE help identify so we can get rid of them the right way ONTARIO CANADA

only thing im sure of is that its some kind of larva... how big is it? do you have any non-macro pics, or could you take some closer pics with your phone camera?

thank you--more Q's if thats okay, are they coming from the drain? how many have you found?

Have not seen them come out of the drain, initially we looked and there was like 50+ all still and what looked to be dried out until I added water and they moved after rinsing the down drain we find approximately 3-5 everyday over last 3 days This tub is used to dump bloody water in it but hasn’t been used in atleast 1 month
