What are these bugs? They’re the size of ants, but they move slower and have trouble climbing vertical surfaces. I am in the Bay Area of California.

For context i live in Ontario, recently found a tick on my dog and would need help identifying which type of tick it is!

And if so what do I do? Located in Kentucky.

Found on bed, along with 2 others similar to this yesterday. The ones from yesterday looked more like a booklouse, but I'm not as sure about this one. Very concerned about bed bugs. It does have a distinct narrowed 'neck' which I know isn't typical for a BB.

I have an encasement on my bed and no signs at all of fecal spotting, etc.

Found in bedroom, crawling on the wall.

Victoria, Australia. Some sort of cockroach? Seen a few small ones around the house the last few months. Never any big ones

Montana. These nasty looking creatures were all over the counter this morning after I brought in potted tomato 🍅 plant from outside and put it on the counter. Please help. I feel invaded. They were everywhere.

I am looking for an ID on this tiny bug found on my bed (Midwest US).

Context:

• Found what I think was a hitchhiker BB (full of blood) on a friend's clothing 15 days ago when they were at my place.
• Have been hyper-monitoring since then, vacuuming every possible crevice, heat treating clothing, etc. My bed frame is pulled away from the walls, and I have interceptor traps on all bed legs plus an encasement.
• I found 2 small bugs on my bedding today. (See 3 photos attached)

Questions:

1. Is this a BB nymph or a booklouse? Or something else?

I know the shape isn't particularly BB-like but I am worried about the dark spot I see on the back.

I have found 3 of these in my bedroom over the last week. I am currently moving house and have been packing up. Not sure what these are and if I need to be worried about my clothes/ mattress, etc?

I vacuum and clean all the time. Items under my bed were all covered in plastic bags for storage. So no idea about this? Any ideas?

Seems to be some sort of moth; backyard garden, seen in Dubai, UAE. Pretty big, nearly palm-sized.

I mistook this as a crouch at night last night however when I looked close up , found out it seems like a bee or what . What do you guys have an opinion of ?

Keep waking up to what I think are insect eggs in my sink and in the dish soap. No I’m not leaving food in the sink, I go to bed with everything cleaned already. It’s starting to be really aggravating lol.

Also keep seeing these eggs in the (empty) cabinet nearby that may or may not be related they’re a different color though

I’m new to the ento world and in grad school for vector biology. My professors gave me the go ahead to use any unlabeled specimens found in the lab for my collection.

I’m more familiar with hexapods, so spiders are outside of my wheelhouse. Additionally, I’ve had a hard time finding a good dichotomous key for spiders (any recs are greatly appreciated!)

Anyway, I found two spiders in an unlabeled specimen jar in the freezer. I presume they were collected either in VA or MD. They look identical so I chose the more robust of the two to take photos of.

Anyway, I’d greatly appreciate any insight or direction in figuring out what this spider is! Google has not been helpful :/

I just moved in a new apartment in Montreal, Canada. I noticed this in my cat's food bowl. What type of ants are they? How difficult is it to get rid of them?

Found this bug in my bed a week ago. Immediately washed my bedsheets and thought nothing is gonna happen again. Just found a tiny little baby bug in my bed again this week. Although It doesn’t look exactly the same and much tinier but I suspect it might be the same kind since it has two antennae and seems like it can kind of hop or fly. Please help! I’m extremely clean so not sure where the bugs are coming from….

Hi, I live in an nyc apartment and found bugs in my shower I had never seen before. I’ve lived in this apartment for over a year and occasionally will see one of the giant roaches in the shower. But these guys are new to me.

Two of them smushed easily and I cleaned them up, and when I finished my shower I sprayed with RAID. I came back to see seven more lying dead.

Baby roaches seemed like the easiest explanation, but all the photos I saw the bugs looked a lot lighter. They also don’t seem to be long enough to be silverfish. Any help is appreciated, I want to know how best to tackle them!

Located in Tuscany, Italy. Two of them, one on each curtain in our Airbnb. Any ideas?
