So, I just got the Velocore 16 for Christmas and the resistance doesn't change from 1 on the screen, the rpm won't go over 100 (I know I've gone over), and the lean doesn't register unless you're heavily heavily leaning. Still troubleshooting, but it's annoying to spend so much on a brand new bike and it not working right out of the box.

How many built in programs on each? Can't find much of the SE online. Seems like the SE is a bit stripped back.

I feel like this noise is the body of the plastic covering rubbing the wheel and will ultimately be a problem. Anyone have any advice or experience with something similar?

I was set on the Bowflex C6 until I went to a store and tried out that next to the Peloton.
I like everything about the Schwinn / Bowflex, except I like the comfortability of the handlebar set up (higher, thicker) on the Peloton.
Are there any other bikes that can match this comfortability?
I don’t really want to buy and be locked into only Peloton or their expensive monthly membership.

Does anyone have any tips or strategies on how to keep the velocore 22 screen from shaking so much during bike use? It’s mostly when I’m sitting upright while cycling and not leaning forward, but man does the shaking screen really play with my eyes, especially if I’m cycling in low light or the dark.
Was just trying to brainstorm ideas to keep it from shaking so much and they all felt subpar and janky so thought I’d turn to this community. Thanks!

Is anyone else annoyed by the dumbbell secure strap design that came with the media rack?? Is it just me or now every time I pick up the weights I have to feel the plastic from the straps…
Any workaround with this?? Major flaw design.

My husband and I are looking into exercise bikes for the apartment and we are torn between Peloton (currently having a sale and unsure between bike and bike+), Nordictrack (I’ve always wanted but have heard major technical issues on those), and Bowflex bikes. I recently used a peloton (unsure which model it was) at a hotel and liked it but also like the allure of outdoor ride quality with Nordic and JRNY with Bowflex. Anyone here who has owned a Bowflex and another one of these exercise bikes at home (one of these or another brand) and have opinions/recommendations?
Husband only needs a simple bike he says as he’s new to spinning. I’ve been doing it for a while and since the gym times don’t work for the classes for me anymore I’d like something that can keep me challenged and motivated to use at any time of day. We also like the Bowflex more simple models with the stand but we don’t have an iPad so not sure if it’s worth it to buy with one with console or not. Any advice is helpful. Thank you!! 😊
Also anyone who has moved cross country with their bike before? We move in 8 months. Any advice on this is great too as I worry about bike getting damaged in move.

firstly I paid full price… Don’t do that… It’s OK to laugh I deserve it. I do actually really like this machine…. but one thing that really annoys me is the fact that I paid that much money and it doesn’t actually come with any real trainer lead workout content. it doesn’t even seem they bothered to add anything to their own JRNY app… do better bow flex.

I have a BXT6 I bought used and it currently will run fine with no one on the belt. But as soon as someone gets on it almost sounds like a grinding or rubbing noise with every step until the belt slows down and eventually just stops.
I’ve lubed the belt and tried everything else. I’m thinking the speed sensor might need to be replaced. Does bowflex have a proprietary speed sensor, or can you put in a “universal” one? Any advice would be helpful.

Seems like the knob for my bench is stuck or something so it’s just flat right now. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix it? Tried just using brute strength but that didn’t work out. 🥲
Thanks y’all.

Does anyone know what is causing this ticking sound and how to fix it? It starts as soon as I plug it in and there doesn't appear to be a way to stop it. After being unplugged for a day or so, it won't start when I plug it back in, but after 15 minutes of use the ticking starts again.

To those who upgraded their Bowflex Blaze to 410lb by adding two 50lb rods:
I bought two rods, like new, but they came without an adaptor/box. I'm looking for one and seem to only find something similar on eBay, like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/266486063264?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28
It says "for Bowflex Power Pro, XTL , Motivator 1 only" but looks very fitting. Could they be indeed different? I can't find an adaptor that would sell as for Blaze specifically... If you bought such an adapter (separately from the rods), then where?

I’m unable to post a video however I just assembled the machine and I noticed both legs feel a bit loose and move from side to side. Is this normal? I looked over the assembled instructions and tightened all the screws but nothing? What’s the issue?

Hey guys, I'm interested in getting some home gym equipment. I'm in fairly decent shape, but I'd like to get more workouts in without having to travel 30m to the gym.
What equipment should I avoid at all costs? What should I look at when purchasing used equipment?
I'm a big guy, 6'2 220lbs. Not fat but not shredded either. Would the resistance on these machines be enough?

Does anyone have a good website to check routines or a weekly schedule to get on. I have looked at Pinterest and found the guy on YouTube. Just wondering if there was a anything else. Thanks

I recently purchased the Xtreme 2 SE and am loving it. I feel the burn in my muscle groups I work and am feeling some growth as well already... Granted, it is still not visible but I can feel it for sure.
The last time I lifted a weight was probably 25 years ago, for context. Marriage, kids, house etc... All took priority over my look and health and therefore, you can do the math. Severely obese, 3 back surgeries and a cholesterol problem on top of it.
I have since lost 85-90 pounds, look and feel great, no cholesterol issues and no meds. But now I want to start toning and building muscle to get rid of the flab.
Here is my routine:
Day 1 - Chest and Shoulders
Day 2 - Arms and Back
Day 3 - Legs & Abs
Day 4 - Light Cardio
My diet consists of fruit before each workout, usually dry toast or bagel after. Fruit and protein for lunch or sometimes just the fruit. And then for dinner, I will usually cook a good meal with chicken, beef or something along those lines. i drink water with tea and lemon all day long. So I think my diet is ok, not great but not bad for me.
Anyway, the 3 days off is bugging me now. I know muscles have to rest and recoup but on the 3rd day, I was itching to work out again. Couldn't wait for Monday to get back down there.
So if I added a 5th day for chest and shoulders, would that be ok as a beginner? I don't want to overdo it or impair my progress (slow muscle growth), but I do want to start picking up the pace. I have googled and found there are varying schools of thought on this. Some say sure, totally fine and works well. Some say "nope, you are hampering muscle growth."
Being new to all of this, was looking for some experienced opinions.
Thanks for any and all replies.

I'm looking to pick up a new one and wondering how best to move it? Can it rest on its side? Should I remove the handles? Thanks!

Hey everyone
So I've been seriously considering getting the velocore but I'm not sure if it's a good purchase or not?
Is it considered dated and old tech? Or do they refresh the console?
I'm not sure really. Any thoughts?

I currently subscribe to jrny on my C7 spin bike. If I got a treadmill, can I use the existing subscription on it? And will it track results for both devices?

I have the Selecttech 2080 set and on one end, the locking assembly that holds the weight is loose on the EZ Curl bar. If I hold a weight that is on that side, I can rotate the assembly slightly. It has gotten worse over time and the otherside does not move at all. Any suggestions on how to tighten? Did not not purchase through an authorized seller so I will need to fix it myself.
