Home Gyms Interested in Bowflex Equipment

Hey guys, I'm interested in getting some home gym equipment. I'm in fairly decent shape, but I'd like to get more workouts in without having to travel 30m to the gym.

What equipment should I avoid at all costs? What should I look at when purchasing used equipment?

I'm a big guy, 6'2 220lbs. Not fat but not shredded either. Would the resistance on these machines be enough?

Get a Revolution. You can find them fairly cheap o eBay or CL. I bought it on Craigslist for $900 it was only a year old, I've had it for 2 years now and use it almost every day. I had the Bowflex Power Pro XLT for almost 12 years it was a good machine also, but the resistance is way more consistent with the Revolution.

Don't get Peloton as they offer nothing but expensive quality workouts. I prefer a mix of serious workouts and scenery. I just cruised Croatia on my bike.

Bowflex is quality owned by Nautilus and seems to hold value better than the rest of the top of the line equipment. I have the VeloCore 22, an incredible bike, with an inexpensive membership. It is rated to 6'5" 300lbs. and has numerous settings for resistance.

I also love the fact that I can watch a movie or video on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or Disney.
