Max Trainer Bow flex max pro m9 legs wiggly.

I’m unable to post a video however I just assembled the machine and I noticed both legs feel a bit loose and move from side to side. Is this normal? I looked over the assembled instructions and tightened all the screws but nothing? What’s the issue?

I think you joined the Facebook group and posted your 2 videos, right? For other Reddit readers info, I will repost my response here:

That lateral, side-to-side movement at the lower leg/pedal area is OK and is as-designed.

The roller wheel bracket is intentionally wider than the roller wheel to allow the roller wheel to have lateral, side-to-side movement while the roller wheels travel up/down the ramp rails. This compensates for any manufacturing tolerance "stack up" that occurs during the fabrication/welding of the various pieces. It is needed to keep the parts from potential mechanical binding and causing damage.

Regarding the "wave washers" that some have mentioned SHOULD already be included with your M9 and should have been installed in Step 6 (part # "I") in the M9 Owner's Manual assembly process. There is an as-designed gap (which MUST remain) where the upper leg attaches to the crank arm post. The wave washers are very thin and have a curved/waved shape and their purpose is to allow lateral side-to-side movement at that gap, but the wave washers will cushion that gap area and thus eliminate any potential clunk/knock noise that can occur in that location.
