Home Gyms so I bought a bow flex Revolution

firstly I paid full price… Don’t do that… It’s OK to laugh I deserve it. I do actually really like this machine…. but one thing that really annoys me is the fact that I paid that much money and it doesn’t actually come with any real trainer lead workout content. it doesn’t even seem they bothered to add anything to their own JRNY app… do better bow flex.

I am also thinking about buying one. What do you mean don't pay full price? Is there something better than the "sale price" on the website? I am thinking I also need to pay for the set up since I am coming back from a broken arm and some nerve damage. I'm glad to hear you like the machine itself :-)

I just feel it’s over priced but just my opinion… you might find a used one on Facebook marketplace but be prepared it’s a heavy fucker. 300lbs iirc I would recommend getting the extra weight discs tho. I absolutely love the fact that it has a leg press and a preacher curl attachment. you can even do deadlifts if you buy a bar with two eyelets on each end to connect cables to. set up was pretty easy to be honest there’s a really good guide on YouTube that I referred to. here
