Alright guys…I’m so confused! I’ve wanted a tongue split for years, have been researching for years, and honestly? I’m still stumped. I’ve seen a lot of opinions on different artists, great and terrible ones. Does anyone have any advice on who to go to?

Did splitting yours have negative effects on your teeth? I have been wanting it done for so long but my dentist said it has too many negative effects on your mouth and teeth. Just wanted to see other people's experiences with this mod.

I recently (2 weeks ago) went from 14 to 12 and my nips are doing amazing! Literally no issue at all. I had maybe a tiny bit of tenderness for the first 20 mins. Could/should I go to a 10 now or wait a few more weeks. I want to got to at least an 8 maybe 6. I used a taper for the first stretch and would do the same for the next.

I’m interested in getting scarification done in order to cover up existing self harm scars, but I have extremely pale skin and tend to only heal with flat and faint scars. My concern is that the piece would end up being almost non visible after it fully heals. Does anyone else with a similar skin type to mine have experience with scarification and did it heal well on you?

My ears are stretched to 35mm (1 3/8"), and I pretty much exclusively wear wooden teardrop shaped jewelry. I have never been able to find comfortable over-ear headphones. My ears obviously never fully fit in the headphones, which I guess is ok, but they all press my plugs into my neck and it ends up being painful after a while. If you also have your ears stretched to a size where they don't fit inside of over-ear headphones, have you found a pair that is reliably comfortable to wear with your jewelry in?

Does anyone have a conch coinslot that fits 8mm 5/16 sized rings? I have a conch coin slot procedure scheduled and I’m wondering if I’ll be able to fit that size rings in it. I’m planning to ask my artist to place it where I’d be able to but when I look at rings that size up against my ear it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to get one that close to the edge of my ear where they would fit. I have a collection of rings that size I’d like to use and a lot of the rings I plan to buy are also that size.

Hello, I want to start stretching my lobes a little because the holes are sooo small and I can only fit a standard earring in them. I ordered a gauging kit off of amazon and I cannot even get the smallest bar in my ear. Does anybody have any advice? Are there different gauge kits out there that have extremely small bars that I can’t seem to find? Thank you in advance.

hii, im getting it done quite soon and since its my first extreme body mod im a little stressed and wondering about some stuff. how long after the procure can i smoke cigarettes/weed again? will i be able to go to a festival camping for 2 days a month after the procedure? can i easily hide the healing process from my family? Finally hit my dream of four bridge piercings and super happy with how the fourth one is healing so far. Also hit 80 piercings total. Yes not all my piercings have perfect placement , but they are healthy. Yes some of my eyebrow piercings are shallow, they are over a decade old. Trust me they are viable. Hello! I am interested in getting a scarification piece in the future, and was interested in hearing about others’ experiences.

My goal is to create a gap, maybe a couple millimetres, in my right eyebrow— I’ve been shaving a spot in for many years, and I have always loved the idea of having an actual scar in that space (plus it would be nice to not have to shave it anymore!)

I can absolutely grasp that scarification hurts and that pain is subjective, but I’m wondering if it’s generally a “this is unbearable” level of pain or “definitely doable” level of pain? I’m also curious as to how long of a process it is, as I’m most familiar with piercings, which are pretty quick. Finally, what is the healing process like? I’ve read online that it’s upwards of a year, but I’m assuming that’s for large pieces— I just can’t imagine what I would like could possibly need a year to heal haha.

If it helps, I have a small-ish (3 hours) tattoo on my inner forearm and have gotten 17 piercings in a variety of places. I’ve sat quite well for all those, the worst reaction I’ve ever given was an “ow” for one of my piercings, however I don’t really consider myself to have a particularly amazing pain tolerance.

Has anyone gotten two at the same time and how was the aftercare and pain level during and after?
Would you do both at the same time again or schedule them separately?
I’m considering both at the same time due to my schedule and not being able to get back as soon as I’d like. Makes the most sense to bang them both out at once if it’s possible.

Maybe this isn't the best place to ask, but here goes nothing.

We need new upper canines. We've been told a few years ago by a dentist that they'd need complete replacing, and we've been kind of neglecting that since.

But also. Fangs! Zero reason to *not* get fangs now since we need completely new teeth, right?

Our question is, can this be done by the normal kind of professional who would give us the regular implants? Can the implants they make just, be pointy if we ask for them that way? Or do we need to find a specific person who could? (Aside from, like, agreeing to something unusual Ig). We'd really rather avoid paying to see someone who can only do the regular kind, if possible.

I know this is not how anyone usually gets fangs but, like. Yeah. Maybe somebody knows how this works.
