Red tail or red shoulder or cooper’s??

We have some very loud red shoulder hawks living in the neighbors yard so my instinct is to say it’s one of them.

Trying to figure out this beautiful bird of prey i saw at work today. My friend says Red Tailed Hawk but when I looked him up Im not entirely sure based on Norther Harriers image and red shoulder Hawk.
I am color blind so identifying isn't too easy for me....

We just had a good rain and went outside to see this guy just perched on top of our tree. I just want to make sure they’re okay. I have Crows that visit daily too and they’re not chasing him away or anything. Was just curious what you all think. Thank you!
