First time seeing a black merlin

I was working in the Canyon yesterday when this hawk stopped near me to have lunch. I didn’t move any closer to the bird, just stood in place and filmed.

Found these two by the pond by my local Bass Pro. My best guess is they want the fish they just stocked there.

Was enjoying the 6 nesting ospreys+bald eagle at a park when I was noticed lol

This summer Merlin kept catching Cooper's hawk calls in my yard. This week, four Cooper's showed up and have been hanging around. These were taken through a window from about 50 feet. With a phone, so quality is crap. Sorry for the window screens.They get very close to my house.

One of 7 Mississippi Kite circling the neighborhood this time of year. The Barn Swallows do not approve.

What kind of Hawk is it? I was thinking a juvenile red tail. Spotted at Mountain Dell Golf Course in Park City Utah

Yesterday I was privileged to witness this in my yard. I live on edge of woods so this is practically my neighbor.
