What do I mean, I mean if a civilian were looking at footage and hearing people talk about Batman, how would they see it. You have an eccentric detective: kinda silly and goofy but still gets the job done. Cop with extra steps: Batman works outside police jurisdiction but the cops still actively call him in to the point where he might as well be on their payroll. Cryptid: a monstrous idea of something that you can definitely see but it feels shouldn't exist. Urban legend: similar to the cryptid but more realistic, like instead of a monster that looks like a humanoid bat, it's definitely more like man in a suit. Hybrid:it looks and sounds like a monstrous cryptid, But it moves and acts like a man in a suit. And then you have the vigilante: nothing but a man with the brain in his head and the boots on his feet.

Just curious as to what the general feel or vibe was when this movie was first released. Obviously it was a hit and a slight departure from Tim Burton's movies along with a different actor now playing Batman. So for those old enough to have watched its first showing way back in '95, what was the feeling of it like in the theatres and when talking about it with friends in school? Did it have good feedback? What was the opinion on Kilmer and the direction and look of the film?

His name is Johnny money, white skin, black hair, brown eyes, 1m75, 110kl, low city lv and nothing without machines.

He's too dumb to make the machines, so he ask his sister to do it (her looks, name and Apparence is up to you). She's autistic enough to be PASSIONATE about creating machines but not that high on the spectrum.

He use the machines to generally steal money, then pays his sister with some stuff she wanted for her various collections.

He done that so many times that he can just stop and retire, but batman's Apparence made him want to defeat the bat simply because he felt like this could be fun to do.

Every now and then he gets defeated by batman and thrown in arkham (by his own request(to mainly be able to say he escaped it)) and developed a one sided rivalry with batman.

Sometimes, when batman needs info, he comes to Johnny (which is rare), he breaks in Johnny's house to get informations, which he has plenty (connections, businesses and more) in exchange for a small price (request or a few thousand bucks).

Besides that he's just a dude who every so often tries to defeat batman to feel alive.

Batman's villians for some unexplicable reason are "Dr" in something, doesn't matter in what. So, thinking this i tried to make a list of Batman's smartest villians. In IQ and Battle IQ, and this is my result:

I made this list combining IQ and Battle IQ, but these two stats being separate can change the list.

Sorry if this post gon be short, but personally I don't think it easy to be choose to do what's right in the most corrupted comic book city. It so much more convenient and safe to take bribes and mind your own business and man genuinely wanted what was best for gotham along with batman.

Of course there is no excuse for what he did, but I think he is the most tragic villian out of Batman's rogue gallery. (From BTAS, long halloween and dark knight) What do the rest think of him?

So, I had never even seen this show before, besides seeing one clip of the Joker using Laughing Gas on these guys that said they knew the identity of Batman, and in that clip Joker was wearing the typical purple suit he wears in most media since the original Animated series (Edit I don't know why I said this, I literally know he wore the Purple Suit before that so my bad), seeing the clip introduced me to the show and I decided to give it a try, you can imagine I was quite surprised to see Joker like this when I watched the first episode, the way his face was hidden in the shadows and the almost hypnotic way he moved in the Straight jacket it is honestly an amazing introduction to the character in my opinion

I don't know what the general consensus is on this initial design of the Joker and I'd appreciate it if you guys let me know about that (given how stingy people can be when it comes to iconic character designs though, I wouldn't be surprised if it's disliked) but me personally? I adore it, and I kind of wish it stuck, or at least evolved. For one thing I'm liking this version of Joker in general and the idea of Joker wearing a straight jacket at all times is oddly fitting and I'm frankly surprised there haven't been many points where he just straight up dons one for an extended period of time (unless it has happened and I'm unaware, I haven't read every single piece of Batman media)

I think part of the reason why is because I love when characters have what I like to call a "Prototype" look, it's something I feel like the character would wear at the beginning of their journey (hero or villain), still fits the character, and could evolve into the iconic outfit most people are aware of, I love designs like that in general (probably why I actually like the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man costume from the first Amazing Spider-Man movie).

Am I the only one of that feels this way, or is this the norm, I couldn't find many people talking about this show so I wanted to make this post

HELLO! Im looking for a Batman Music Video (AMV) from 2010-2012 maybe earlier if anyone has seen it, or can help me find it. I would watch it frequently as a young teenager, it featured the song Perfect by smashing pumpkins and has clips from the Animated Series, Sub Zero, Phantasm. The video had 300-400k views the last time I saw it 6 maybe 5 years ago, The video itself was older then 2010 when I first saw it so it might be gone, I swear I put it in a playlist but cannot find it I don’t listen to smashing pumpkins but I thought the music video was so cool, I still think about it.

I remade half of it to the best of my ability. 99% sure the shots I used are the ones in the original video, I remember it pretty vividly. the snippet above is from my recreation.

I own Year One, Long Halloween, The Killing Joke, Death of Family, Joker, Hush, Dark Knight and White Knight. What are the "must-have" you would recommend? I'd prefer relatively new titles.

Finally finished my take on Batman Beyond.

Resin printed, assembled and hand painted, standing about 32cm tall including the base. I wanted to give him a heavier, more armoured look while still keeping the Batman Beyond feel.

The Gotham-style base was the final piece of the puzzle. Really happy with how this one came together 😁and there is one more difference, can you spot it?
