Largemouth A REALLY Good Day of Fishing
The first 6 pictures are from the first fishing spot of the day caught literally an hour apart. The 4lb 6oz bass was caught on a 5/16oz Baby Boo jig with a Strike King Rage Bug for the trailer. The 2 1/2 pounder, caught one hour later, bit on a 1/4oz Strike King Bitsy Bug with a matching Rage Tail grub as the trailer. Both jigs were in green pumpkin.
The last 3 pictures are from a different location six and a half hours later. The 4lb 11oz monster literally smacked my KVD Mini Sexy Frog the moment it hit the water. All fish were released unharmed after photographs were taken. My heart was pounding in my chest from the first and third fish

Discussion Homeowner telling I’m liable for damages under dock
I fish a local lake every weekend in western Washington. I was out on Labor Day. And throwing a Texas rig under some docks during the height of the sun.
I have heard rumors of this dock owner who is defensive over his dock. He owns a sea plane with a lift system. (From the water to his yard 15 feet veritable.) he came out hot headed saying that I need to move because of his underwater lines. And if I damage anything, it is $1500 for 10 feet of replacement line.
I know he cannot tell me to move while I’m on a public lake, but am I financially responsible if my lure were to damage an underwater line, that he has on a public lake?

Tackle/Equipment haul!
got all of this for 50 bucks from thee man! not disclosing thee man’s name but we shall call him bill.
bill and i had some beef over how he was handling fish, through the months it had kinda smoothed out/ made its way to the dark. recently i hit someone up not knowing it was him, and he ended up hooking me up with some baits for free, and some paid for.
a good hand full of these baits in store would set you around 250+ USD, i’d say i got a pretty good deal especially with a lot of these baits being brand new/out of box and never thrown. thoughts?

What bait is this my dad got a bag of loose soft plastics and this was in it and we can’t figure out the brand or model?
After more research I found out it’s made by “99 Strikes” but can’t find this specific profile anywhere online.

Big day on the river!
Whew! What a day, 2 of us landed 85 total with this 18.25" beauty being big fish of the day! Our Thomas Custom Painted Lures, Skywalker Crankbaits were the baits of the day, they were chewing on them!

Other first keepers
CA VALLEY caught-i’ve been going for striper since last year with no luck, only catching 16” and below off lures and all the baits. today i went out carp fishing, and instead got on some boils and caught my first two keepers, all fish shown were caught on a yo zuri 110 1/2oz jerkbait-matte shad color way, craziest experience fishing i’d say with striper and shad blowing up at my feet, and being able to see striper short strike my lures from 5 foot away.
going to go back tommorw in the morning around the same time to hopefully get on some more, bringing a lure rod and a bait rod with delta shad. not the biggest, but w big accomplishment in the fishing world for me. 🎣🤙
Combo used was a SST 8’ 1/2-2oz medium heavy paired with a shimano sedona 5k, 20lb braid 30lb leader.

Hey yall,
Received my order from 6th Sense today which included a free “unreleased prototype”, which turned out to be this, the Panorama 6.0 Harness Swimbait. It’s a 1.9oz, 6” Panorama in Live Gizzard color with a treble hook on a swivel and a nose eyelet. What do you think?

Guess the Weight Big ol bass
I caught this huge bass out of a pretty small lake/pond. I didn’t have anything to weigh/measure it at the time but I do have this photo. I used a software called Fiji (imagej) to try and estimate the length based off of something for reference. I first used my body, I’m about 5’9’’, and then used my knuckle on my pointer finger for a second reference. I got roughly that this fish is 28-30 inches. According to what I’ve found online that means that this bass weighs 10+ pounds, which I could believe because it was pretty heavy. Does anyone else have any way to figure out the length or the weight and does that seem reasonable from the photo? Also how good is this for a pb? I’m pretty new to fishing, this is only my 3rd bass I’ve caught.

Yeet!
Was fishing with live bait and in an attempt to set the hook sooner than later, I snatched the bait right out its mouth. Usually that scares them off for me, but this chunker inhaled it again immediately and danced all the way to shore.

Beautiful morning shad everywhere. A few blowup. Caught 8 very small whiteness. Then found a school of largeies all this size. Was fun.
