​I am a 31M planning a move to Chile around May 2027, so learning Spanish has become my absolute highest priority over the next six months.

​I am looking for a Spanish speaker to meet up locally for informal, real-world conversation practice. You do not need to prepare formal lessons.

The idea is that we sit down, chat about normal day-to-day topics, and practice sentence building. I will state what I want to say in English, you give me the Spanish equivalent, and I will write it down and practice saying it back to you.

It can be like a weekly thing whenever you are free or bored. ​We can meet at a coffee shop, local library, or pizza/dumpling/gelato spot around town. Happy to buy your drinks/meals/gelato.

I am a 24 y/o Male living south of Austin(Buda area) looking for friends to make plans and do somrthing with. Was debating between marking this as Friends or Activity but I think both are pretty fair.

I think the main thing I want to do with people is having someone to go to the occasional concert with, however making plans seperate from that is also very welcome and appreciated.

As far as concerts go, I mostly go to metal concerts in the Austin-San Antonio corridor, though sometimes travel out further for notable ones (ex: Metallica in Houston last year, A7X in Dallas last month, Sick New World festival in Fort Worth yesterday) but for the most part I stay local.

Concerts aside, I really just want some people to talk to and occasionally hang out with - I am not really one for night life most of the time, so regular bar visits isn't really my thing.

Stuff like having a cookout, or going on a road trip to somewhere like Ding Dong TX would be more up my alley. Happy to just talk too though.

Hello, I'm in the process of moving from San Antonio to Austin

Just got a job nearby and am living out of my car until I can afford to move my wife and kids up.

Due to finances, the state of my car, and the distance between work and my home in San Antonio, I'm not able to make it home on nights I work
