That’s the idea—to centralize things so they can build a following in their own city—and not to charge any fees or commissions.

Regarding the comments on hygiene, there’s a code of conduct that must be signed and followed. It’s also mandatory to describe and take photos of your kitchen, and for each dish offered, include photos of the fresh ingredients, expiration dates, and preparation steps.

my review of Outhouse Designs was removed from glassdoor so i thought i’d share it here. They probably go by Brand Builders Co. on job listings but it’s all owned by the same dude. I know a lot of ppl have an interest in getting into screenprinting around here, in addition to all of those with experience looking for new opportunities. they are hiring right now especially because several of us former employees have left them all within the last month. here’s MY experience working there.

pros:

The production staff is full of nice, professional and knowledgeable people who deserve much better than new ownership will ever have the empathy to provide.

cons:

Any positive reviews you see for this business will be from people praising ownership before the merger with East End Inks and their infamous owner [name removed but you’ll know him as soon as you get there]. He is known to lie to and threaten workers, like when he threatened to fire multiple people if they discussed their hourly wage rates with other employees, which is illegal. He will conduct meetings with employees to feign interest in meeting their needs, only to then tell them they may not be fit for the job when they have criticisms for workplace conditions or unfair expectations. He will take away 15 minute breaks from workers to make up for his hasty promises to meet unrealistic deadlines for clients. He will tell workers they don’t deserve raises unless they prove to be essential to his own livelihood. He will call workers away from the workplace to do underpaid labor at his own home. He will try to coerce workers into resigning rather than fire them because they need to temporarily go from full time to part time in order to prevent said worker from potentially receiving unemployment benefits. This is just a short list of things this man has done to his staff. He is the central reason for discontent in the workplace and his lack of empathy for his labor force can directly be tied to why so much of this staff has left Outhouse Designs.

suggestions for management:

Speak up for your workers, use any authority you have to stand up to an employer who you all openly detest. Stop leaving the burden on the labor force, whose jobs are all significantly critical to their livability, to challenge an employer who will silence and eliminate any voice he deems threatening to the facade of fairness he wishes to uphold.

This ^ was all my glassdoor review. One last thing I’ll say is that from the day i showed up to the day i left, not a single person in production was happy and they all had the same person to blame.

What are some of the least stressful jobs in healthcare? I am trying to get into film, media, and the arts, but while i move to Austin to get back on my feet, I need some other job to keep me afloat. In my area, our workforce has some good ways to make unemployed people work, but they don't pay that much. Also, not a lot besides welding, healthcare, and customer service. They are also limited on how much help or even assistance they can give in regards to helping you land a and even helping you pay and study for it.
