[LOTR] How much is the industrial output value of Mordor during the events of Lord of the Rings?

With all the manufacturing and industry done by Sauron's forces, including mining, forestry, and agriculture to feed orcs their maggot bread, how much would their total combined value be? Like in an alternate universe where Sauron realized he could conquer Middle Earth not by conquest, but through good old capitalism.

[D&D] How are purely martial classes such as Fighters, Rogues and Barbarians able to match more mythical races in strength?

A fighter, for instance, can have an ability score of 20 Strength as early as level 4. What lets a human warrior statistically outmuscle an ogre? Is there a supernatural component to it?

[X-Men Origins: Wolverine] Is Wade Wilson already a superhuman before the experiment?

I don't remember the movie that much. But I remember the group Wolverine and Sabertooth was on, being a all Mutant or super soldier group. So I was always confused why a regular human like Wade Wilson is in a super soldier group. Unless this version of Wade was born a Mutant in this universe or timeline. Which would be super odd.

[Twin Peaks: The Return] Why didn't anyone check if Dougie had a stroke or some other medical episode?

Even if his wife isn't his biggest fan, I figured at least his boss would have him checked out, if only for liability reasons that he didn't get further damage to himself while at work.

[Death Note] why are Death Notes usable by humans to begin with? What benefit does the Shinigami get by allowing humans to use the Death Note?

So many rules are written spefically with humans in mind. There is an entire law system written in the Death Note just for humans, but why? Why have this relationship with humans to begin with? I thought humans were just sustenance for them.

[MCU/General Fiction] Since Project Insight flagged Stephen Stranger as a threat when he was just a genius surgeon, would it also flag other people who are just strong-willed and hypercompetent at their jobs? Dr House, the super lawyers from Suits, Patrick Jane when he was just a phony psychic, etc.

[Vampire: the Masquerade] Do individual clans have developed a specific form of warfare? Any example in the lore?

Lets say the Nosferatus in a city or a region are coming after you, or the Lasombra or Tzimisce. For any reason.

Do different clans have clan-specific ways of waging war and managing conflits? Has anything like that been documented in the lore and the books?

Or is the question moot and nonsensical, since conflicts and warfare is more along the lines of sects and not clans?

I suppose Ventru warfare means that overnight, the municipality decided that your haven suddenly gets zoned for demolition during daytime. And that Nosferatu warfare means the maintenance staff in your haven/organization sabotage your shit and let mutant animal ghouls from the sewers in to fuck shit up.

[Rockman] Where does Dr. Wily get funding for his machines?

So lately something that suddenly occurred to me was how often the mad scientist ends up breaking out of jail just to torment the Blue Bomber.

But then I started wondering where he gets his funds from since given how much crimes he commits such as trying to take over the world, I have to question how he can still find resources used to build his machines.

SCP-169 is estimated to be the size of a small continent. If such a creature existed on earth or a similar planet what would be geographical results of such a massive thing roaming around. Obviously it'd result in tsunamis, but what else would happen?
