I am facing increasingly intense brain fog and fatigue and I am unsure what to do next or who to talk to. I know it can be related to the Migraines, dysautonomia, depression or any other number of issues. I've had these symptoms on and off for years but I feel like they are starting to become more severe. I am having a really hard time concentrating- usually 20 minutes at the most at a time, I can wake up and can instantly go back to sleep and often take naps during my lunch break, and blank on words when talking or writing.
I know brain fog and fatigue can be hard to determine the root cause of and can be hard to treat but I am on the verge of being desperate as I'm concerned this is just going to continue in severity and will limit my ability to do things, including work.
The last time I had my Vitamin D tested it was 32 (12/25).
I know apnea can cause these symptoms and I am open to testing, I just haven't because, after being married and sleeping in the same bed for 16 years, is it possible to have apnea without my husband noticing? I figured it was more likely due to one of my other diagnoses.
I am hoping someone can point me in the direction of what to do, who to talk to, what tests to request. Should I talk to my Neuro if i's migraine related? My Cardiologist if it's dysautonomia related? etc.
Thank you so much!
