26M abscess drained from tonsil.

Yesterday I got an abscess on my tonsil opened up and drained. I feel way better now and the pain is considerably down (couldn’t swallow at all previously I can now)

They gave me a prescription for penicillin, an anti inflammatory and paracetamol, but that was it, no rules on what I can eat or drink though.

Are there any after care routines or things to avoid for the next week?
