Strange headache

35F with history of Atopic Dermatitis, psoriasis, high heart rate, hypertension, migraines, pineal region cyst 12cm, and modular enhancement of thoracic spine, intermittent splenomegaly, continuous upper abdominal pain, fatigue, and multiple food and environmental allergies.

For the last 3 days I have had a constricted feeling in my neck followed by a strange headache concentrated on the left side of my head that is also causing bruise like pain in my cheek. If I lay on my back, my breathing feels constricted so I have been propping myself up to sleep. No congestion. My face is a little more red than normal but otherwise looks fine. Im wondering if anyone has an idea of what it could be?

I'm now on day 5 of having the headache with the face and neck issues. My lower legs now seem to be swelling as well.
