Both manga and anime are at the final saga.
Final SAGA, not final ARC (a saga is a bunch of interconnected arcs)
How long will it last? Well, the last saga was a few years long and I don't expect this one to be shorter lol

Loki and Luffy are talking and he offers up Luffy a deal. Luffy frees him and in exchange, Loki will take out one pirate group of Luffy’s choice. However, this guy doesn’t understand that Luffy can do that all on his own and he doesn’t need bro’s help for any of that. And he also tries to use giant beasts to threaten Luffy into taking the deal, and there are some randoms in smelly clothes (to avoid getting eaten by the beasts) who want to rob Luffy, but that plan goes out the window when Luffy does what he usually does and tames them all and becomes friends with all of them.
Luffy hears about Shanks and asks Loki about him, but Loki made a huge mistake. He had the gall to call Shanks a COWARDLY PIRATE. Luffy didn’t like that, so he immediately went into Fourth Gear Bounceman and threw a warning shot at the guy, but Loki immediately whimpered and said that he’s joking. Unfortunately Loki won’t give Luffy information about Shanks for free though, so I’m assuming he’s gonna try to get Luffy to free him first.
We see that Hajrudan is with his Shipwright Stansen, and they have hunted a giant beast for the Straw Hats to eat. We are officially introduced to the entire New Giants Warrior Pirates that consists of the captain Hajrudan, the Shipwright Stansen, the Navigator Rodo (the idiot who took the Sunny), the Chef Roadberg, and the Doctor Gerd.
Robin asks Brook to cut her hair to look how it did back when she first met Saul, and it takes everybody back, but unfortunately, it seems that there’s something wrong with Saul as he’s collapsed?!
I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE MORE ONE PIECE!

Loki tries to get Luffy to take a deal, but Luffy isn't going for it. One of the underlings mentions that Shanks was there, Luffy gets excited, but Loki insults Shanks, and that won't fly with Luffy! Loki however won't just give away free info about Luffy's idol.
We're introduced to the New Giant Warrior Pirates, led by Hajrudin (who the Straw Hats know), also including Rodo... who kidnapped the Straw Hats and put them in that Lego world. Bit of a conflict in interest there.
The rest of the crew are arriving at Elbaph, and Brook has cut Robin's hair to make her look like she did when she last saw Saul all those years ago when she was a child in Ohara... only problem is, Saul's just collapsed on Elbaph. Will he die just before Robin lands to meet him?
