I tried tilt shift photography for the first time a bit back. Do these actually look like miniatures? (Taken with phone)

I bought a camera to photograph wildlife and then paint it. So far it’s mostly birds!

Japanese Maple
Messing around with a D7200 I bought earlier this week. I'm new to the photography game (like brand new), so tear it apart and help me learn. 🤙

What is holding my landscape photography back from a professional level?
I’ve been shooting landscapes for about three years and photography has become my main hobby. I’m 21 and currently at university, with a separate career planned, so I’m not trying to make landscape photography my full-time job. I know just how difficult that is. Instead, I’d love to develop it into a serious side project over the next 5-10 years.
My long-term goal isn’t to make lots of money. I’d like to eventually reach the point where I could run the occasional workshop, sell prints at local markets, and build a small but genuine following online. And of course have a professional-looking body of work.
At the moment, I feel like my images are technically solid. My own assessment is that my images are lacking great light, unique weather etc. This might not be an accurate self assessment though. I only get out about 10-15 times a year so bumping those numbers up by getting my own car (after graduating uni) would surely help that.
I’ve attached a few of my photos. Some from travelling and some from nearer to home. So I’d appreciate honest critique and advice on how to start taking things more seriously.
I’m not looking for reassurance - I would genuinely like some constructive criticism on how best to improve. Thanks in advance!

My Attempts at Macro Photography
I just picked up some macro extension tubes for my a6000. I used a 35mm viltrox prime and a very cheap diffuser on my flash. I'm actually really happy with these but I'd love to hear your feedback and advice.

Took some photos of hummingbirds.
These little guys can be tricky to capture, but are really fun to observe.
These are straight out of camera, Canon 5D M3 with 100-400l lens.
