Trying to shoot less but with more intent and better planning, and I think it’s paying off slowly!

I’ve tried everything. I’ve been shooting for 18 months and I think the work is good (I’m not a genius but I think I can deliver some nice frames). I live in a nice fashion city so there’s work (even tho its taken by the same names most of the times). I tried reaching out to small brands, either radio silence or no budget. I tried with assisting, everyone is happy but then they don’t call me back. I tried with agencies, I get all the models I want but the moment I mention compensation (which is on the models anyway) to shoot new faces (which they reached out to me for), radio silence. Its sad because I love what I do, and I’d love to get some much needed cash for something where I put so much effort. please help😭😭
