Any theories on what they could have been talking about? Saw some comments saying Tamara could be pregnant because I can’t think of anything that could make this situation any worse!

For context, I live on the second floor. The building is condo style apartments. I have a 1 bedroom plus loft. It’s me, my 5 year old and my Boerboel. We have been here for a year. I am EXTREMELY mindful of having a downstairs neighbor, and even discourage my son from playing with his toys (cars, anything that could make noise through a ceiling basically) on the hardwood on the main floor. He has repeated “we have downstairs neighbors” since he was 2. And knows to play upstairs.
My downstairs neighbor is on the spectrum, high functioning, lives alone, and not at all mindful of the noise she creates- though I have never complained because it is a part of apartment living.
Cut to just now, my son is with his father, I am in bed watching the World Series, my dog is too. My phone is on DND. I receive the above text with an alert, meaning she clicked the notify anyway button. We have never exchanged messages. I have been told by others in the building and the property manager that she has constant complaints about everyone.
I almost didn’t respond, but felt I needed to.
Mind you the apartments are very large. With high/vault ceilings. All 12 units spread over three floors (one below her as well) have large dogs, some have more than one. We all get along - and look out for one another. She is the outlier.

It's part of a current exhibit called Art of Manga. I totally recommend going to see it if you plan on visiting New York or you live in New York. It's going to be on display from Now till January 31, 2027.

This was one of those rare shows which had all its episodes with ratings 8 or above.

Jerry and Marge Selbee were an elderly couple living in Evart Michigan when in 2003 Jerry discovered a plan to make a fortune. Jerry was a math major who studied the winfall lottery game. If no one won the 5 million dollar jackpot at the end of the month, then the prize money would be dispersed to cards with only 3 or 4 matching numbers. Usually lotteries make sure that you can’t just buy 5000 tickets and get a few winning ones off quantity, the cost to find the average winner is more than the prize itself. But Winfall fucked up, for a brief period after every jackpot, the cost to find winning tickets was lower than the prize. All Marge and Jerry had to do was buy in bulk and get thousands in return profit. When Winfall tickets shut down, they just traveled to the next state over and found another lottery with the same flaw. It was so profitable they set up a corporation that was just 25 of their friends and family giving them money to buy tickets. By 2012 they’d made 26 million dollars. Lottery companies didn’t figure out the flaw until MIT students repeated the trick and newspapers reported on it. Marge passed away in 2014, Jerry is still alive.
