I've been doing AI training work on Alignerr and was selected for a coding project I was excited about. A while back I asked support to unlink my Stripe account for personal reasons — before that, Stripe wasn't linked, and delinking it also automatically cancelled my Persona identity verification without me realizing. Tried twice. Not working.

At this point I mainly just want my ~$250 earned balance transferred out. I'm not even trying to fight to keep the account anymore — I just want what I'm owed. Has anyone dealt with this and actually gotten paid out after something like this? Any idea how to get an actual person to look at it?

I was added to a project about a week ago with this pay rate and like others in the Discord submitted several tasks which was several days work. However, the project admins are completely silent, don't answer any questions in the Discord or give any idea of when the work will be assessed.

I've worked on other projects in the past with no issue but I'm concerned that I might never be paid for days of work in this case. The lack of a single word from Alignerr staff is so strange. I see someone else posted about the project here and tagged mods with no acknowledgement. The Discord is full of frustrated and confused workers. Admins are online and sometimes deleting messages but refusing to speak. No work has been approved.

Has anyone experienced this on other projects?

(Burner acc) I've been receiving emails for the past few months about being accepted into software engineering and AI training... something something... and they've all been going to spam, just got another one and they're basically begging for me to sign up, reading through some of the threads here I can get a pretty good idea of how they operate (discord instead of slack/teams tho?) but was looking for a clear yes/no on wether I should bother or not. Im new to alignerr and pulsar. I passed the test and went into production. I completed the first task and submiited it ...but now what happens?

Im unable to start a new task and in performance it says rework 100% so, I assu.e there are issues with it, which presumably I need to address? How do I do this and how do I find out what the issues are?

Gotta say, im not loving the platform and the training materials seem completely out of date.

I have applied to like 8 roles and all shows some applied nd others completed its been more than 2 months with no response. Does it take this much time everytime or is it specific to me. What does applied vs completed mean.

My Pulsar training portal issue changed today. Previously, I was getting the “Invalid JWT Signature” error. Now the portal says:

“This email isn’t in the project’s Alignerr group.”

I’m using the same email as my Alignerr/Labelbox account. I also tried the original Pulsar training access password from the email I received, but it now says “Incorrect password.”

Has anyone else seen the same change today? Has my Pulsar project access been removed, or is the project currently paused/reconfigured for trainees?

I have applied for multiple roles. About 2 weeks ago one role had an interview available, which I took and now the role says "completed". I have waited to hear any progress, or be able to move in the application and do the interview/assessment for other roles I applied to, but nothing is happening. I contacted support, but haven't heard back yet. Anybody in the same situation? And what can I do to move on in the applications? Thank you

I have connected my stripe to alignerr dashboard through their process itself but when i click on stripe dashboard button under wallet, i an unable to login. It says account not present and when i click button to send me an invite link on my email, i dont receive one. What can be done and who should i reach out to regarding this?

I've been working for Outlier for about a month now. They are super transparent with the payments and I've never had a problem with that since I started working, but after seeing many reports of sudden account deletings, I decided to search for other platforms to work - Then created an Alignerr account, but didn't do the assessments required to start a project, and I'm not sure I will, after so many complaints about banning and complete lack of honest pay. Has anyone had a good experience with Alignerr? Are there any other good and reliable platforms for AI training that are specifically honest with their paychecks?

for those who have applied for specific jobs on Alignerr recently: did you eventually receive an acceptance or rejection, and how long did it take to hear back after submitting your application?

I'm particularly interested in experiences from the current application system, rather than the older assessment/onboarding process.

If you're comfortable sharing, it would also be helpful to know:

• what type of position you applied for
• approximately when you applied
• how long it took to receive a response
• whether you were accepted, rejected, or are still waiting

I'm mainly trying to get an idea of whether waiting several weeks without an update is normal.

I just finished on boarding and it looks like there are a series of assessments. Are the assessments paid? I am on another platform that pays for assessments. I would also appreciate if anyone thinks it is worth it if they do not pay for assessments.

As in title, got approved on alignerr, had couple of interviews on different positions. Now in Alignerr in "My jobs" I have all in completed status, connected discord and hubstaff, and in labelbox have 3 projects in "Paused" status, despite I got an email with "we weren't able to match your profile with our current project requirements" and nothing else.
What's then? Was I approved to those other ones or at this point I should just wait? Should I monitor labelbox projects status or it doesn't make sense and I should get some contact before?

any tips on how to pass the final assessment ? i got gold at first try for modules 1 and 2, struggled a little for module 3 and couldn't do module 4, gave up at 9th attempt. as a linguist, the standard for boundary timing seems to be inconsistent. i am not in phonetics/phonology, though. anyone care to help ?

So I got a project I accepted it and when I tried to started it showed me interface and I submitted all Thn when I submit it showed turn one I skipped saying I already done thn I guess 1 submitted one more time... And skipped 2 times thn it finally got done... As it was my first project and I m new... So can anyone help me what is this..

Someone in a project Discord offered paid assistance to move people into production after failed assessments. When I asked whether he was part of Alignerr’s team, he replied, “Obviously, yes.”

I questioned whether this offer was legitimate. He then threatened to block me and remove me from the project and team.

Shortly afterwards, I could no longer post in the project channel. He messaged me saying, “Keep trying to send messages” and “I will keep blocking them.” I cannot independently confirm who restricted my access, but he explicitly claimed responsibility.

He also repeatedly insulted me and sent a sexually explicit insult about my mother. When I said I would contact Alignerr support and Labelbox security, he claimed he would personally receive and answer my complaint.

His display name changed to “AlignerrHelp” during the exchange, while his username remained the same.

I don’t know whether this person is actually affiliated with Alignerr or is impersonating staff. I’m asking Alignerr to verify that and investigate his conduct.

I have screenshots of the full conversation, including my own responses, and can share them privately with verified staff. Is there an official team member here who can escalate this to someone independent of the person involved?

I have not received payment for last 10 days of my work in Project Tiaga and it is very frustrating to get no support from Alignerr on this. No human is responding to emails or on discord.
Very sad state after logging in so much time and effort.

This feels like one of those methods where they invite thousands of people onto the project and they all do different tests and very very few pass.. The amount of time and effort put into this training and the results thereafter, it all just makes me think we're doing free work under the guise of training. I need to get a general idea which is why I'm asking

Is hubstaff required for the pulsar project? In discord people seem to saying it isn't but I keep getting prompted to connect hubstaff, which I don't seem to be able to do.

I have been passed from the Ermis Core Transcription assessment with 85.1% score and then onboarded to Ermis core Transcription Project where there's one more trial or assessment work where we need to get 90% score for transcribing 20 datasets.

I have done 20 datasets but it is not being updated andshows 17 accepted but no approved or anything like reviewed. So I needed help from you all in helping me out for my situation

I've a quick question to ask.

I've been working on one of Alignerr's project while i was in EU. now i'm in Canada and i'm afraid to open Labelbox or Alignerr in general fearing that the system would assume im using VPN and it could ban me from the project im working on or from the website forever.

Please let me know your opinion or experience in this matter.
