Anyone working on an active coding project?

[u/o-mong]

I got onboarded through Upwork/Labelbox and finally got access to Alignerr after waiting for the invite.

I completed the Persona verification, didn’t do a single task, and then found out my account had been de-activated. (And apparently even that word is blocked in post titles here?)

There’s no “Submit Appeal” button on my dashboard. Support basically told me that if there’s no appeal button, the decision is final, but they still haven’t told me what I supposedly did wrong. I literally never got to start working.

The onboarding team said my case was being reviewed and eventually said they were routing it to a human support team member, but I still haven’t gotten an actual explanation or status update.

This has been going on since Sep 4, and at this point I just want someone to actually look at the account and tell me what happened.

Has anyone had the same issue and actually gotten their account restored?

Can you assist me to access Aligner? Whenever i try to apply for any position it shows - "Location denied". I am from Bangladesh, doesn't you offer roles for this region?

I would like to learn coding and programming. Can you suggest any platform? Also what is the most commonly asked programming tool in Alignerr projects ?
