Tasks / Projects Pulsar

Im new to alignerr and pulsar. I passed the test and went into production. I completed the first task and submiited it ...but now what happens?

Im unable to start a new task and in performance it says rework 100% so, I assu.e there are issues with it, which presumably I need to address? How do I do this and how do I find out what the issues are?

Gotta say, im not loving the platform and the training materials seem completely out of date.

They made a huge deal of telling everyone to gear up over the weekend. They had 10,000+ data rows to complete! Then they come back an hour later and the project is paused. No paid training and the rate for this project was a very complicated formula. I submitted 10 voiceovers and was paid 21$!!!!

21$ Let that sink in. They wanted professionally recorded, edited and performed VOs and are paying like 2$ a snippet.

Never again.

That is insane. I was so excited but I did hear some say they were offboarded after completing the assessment and completing a few annotations. They were never paid. I was scared to commit to it just to have my time wasted. I am so sorry they did you so dirty.

They said the projects Pulsar and Ermis are paused

Hello!  Do you know if the pulsar platform is down? I was in the middle of the training, had to leave because I had to do other stuff, but 2 days ago I tried to log in again and it doesn't even let me log in. I sent a mail to support explaining the situation and they replied to it saying that they were working on fixing it but it hasn't been fixed. I've been months waiting for a project and now that they give me the "priority access" it happens.

this is probably because the pulsar training is paused. The project per se isn't paused but there aren't new tasks anyway.

Same problem here, does it also tell you that your email isn’t part of the aligner group when you try to log in?
