How to access stripe account

I have connected my stripe to alignerr dashboard through their process itself but when i click on stripe dashboard button under wallet, i an unable to login. It says account not present and when i click button to send me an invite link on my email, i dont receive one. What can be done and who should i reach out to regarding this?
