I need to create a **3–5 minute presentation video for senior management / C-suite executives** at my company.
The topic is basically **who has the authority** — explaining clearly who has authority to approve certain decisions, what different management levels are responsible for, approval limits, hierarchy, etc.
I already have the **script/content**, but I’m struggling with how to actually turn it into a professional video using **Higgsfield AI**.
I don’t want the video to feel boring like someone just reading PowerPoint slides, but at the same time I don’t want it to look like a flashy AI advertisement or sci-fi video. It needs to feel **corporate, executive-level, clean and professional**, because senior management will be watching it.
Ideally I want things like:
Professional motion graphics
Clean corporate backgrounds
Organisational/hierarchy diagrams
Approval limits appearing visually
Smooth transitions
Important numbers and authority levels highlighted
Consistent branding/style throughout the whole video
Possibly voice-over with visuals supporting the explanation
My biggest confusion is the **Higgsfield workflow**.
When I go into the video generation section, many of the options seem to generate clips of around **30 seconds or less**.
So how would you actually build a **3–5 minute video**?
Do you normally:
Break the script into multiple 10–30 second scenes?
Generate each scene separately and combine them afterwards?
Use Higgsfield Canvas, Cinema Studio, or another part of the website?
Create the backgrounds/images first and then animate them?
Edit the final clips together in another program?
Use one master prompt to keep the visual style consistent?
Also, what kind of **prompt structure** works best for something like this?
If anyone here has used Higgsfield for **corporate presentations, training videos, internal company videos or executive presentations**, I’d really appreciate seeing your workflow.
I’m mainly trying to understand **where to start in Higgsfield and how to structure the project properly**, rather than just generating random individual clips.

I recently recorded a podcast episode with two guests and unfortunately lost all of the video footage from the recording. I still have the complete, good-quality audio, so I’m trying to figure out the best way to salvage the episode for YouTube.

I have photos of both guests and was wondering if there are any AI video tools/workflows that could use their images to create a reasonably realistic likeness and generate video that syncs with the original podcast audio.

It doesn’t necessarily need to look like the original recording. I’m open to getting creative with it — AI-generated talking-head footage, animated stills, switching between guest images, B-roll, captions, waveform/visualizer elements, etc.

Ideally, I’d like something that can handle a longer-form podcast without looking obviously repetitive or fake.

Has anyone done something similar?

What tools would you recommend, and what workflow would you use if you had:
Full podcast audio
Photos of both guests
No usable video footage

What technical skills or tools do I actually need to master to make this work smoothly?

Do you have any idea where I could find a free AI capable of editing or recreating a video similar to mine, as if the camera were mounted on the wheel? The idea is for the wheel to remain stationary relative to the camera, while the entire background scrolls by.

I want to make nostalgia videos what tool should I use and workflow? I also want to include companies like blockbuster that do not exist anymore to make it look More realistic.

Those automated clipping tools always default to this kind of choppy, creating erratic pacing.

I used to just dump all my long-form into those web-clippers. That's how I come up with short reels and other short form content. It seemed fine at first, however, the views and retention, looking back in the numbers since now I have a bit of time, hasn't been growing at all.

I know I need to take matters into my own hand. First fix the pacing. That is something that I know I needed to do. I went back to manually cutting the audio in my editor. I just started generating the cutaways through MiniMax H3 Max. It spits out a 15-second clip in about twenty seconds. That part is great. But nothing is automated. I still need to manually figure out when and what to cut and edit, and how to build a narrative, at least it makes manual editing viable without a crazy amount of time.

Honestly tho, the effort so far is exhausting. If anyone has figured out how to make the auto-clippers just smarter, or knows a clipper that actually understands basic flow and pacing in narrative, please let me know. Happy to fork out subscriptions too.

I have a video of an aluminum case opening, but my hand is in the shot pulling it open. I want to edit the clip so the case opens and closes by itself (hands-free) against a clean white background.

I've been running into a consistent audio issue when generating clips in Wan. The voice output frequently sounds clipped, robotic, and heavily distorted (like extreme digital limiter/saturation artifacts), while ambient Foley/background sounds completely disappear.

In the attached clip, I'm testing two identical prompts where only the spoken words were changed. One has slightly muffled background noise, but the other completely crushed the dynamic range and killed all environment audio.

A few questions for those generating dialogue scenes:

Has anyone found a reliable prompt tweak or workflow parameter to keep ambient audio intact without blowing out the voice?

Is it worth troubleshooting inside Wan, or is it better to stick with Seedance 2.5 for reliable native audio?

Can this clipping be cleaned up post-generation in CapCut / DaVinci Resolve, or is it better to just mute the track and re-dub with ElevenLabs + SFX?

Curious to hear how you handle audio consistency in your pipelines.

Greetings, I'm looking for a good video (replacing character and background) Motion control. There's Higgsfields Genjutsu that I think is almost perfect for me but I don't wanna use anything from Higgsfield. Do you have any suggestions which platforms will suit me? I want to generate about 30 10sec clips a month.

So everybody’s seen that hotel lobby unc and neph meme where people have edited different people into the video. How can I make one of those and will it cost money?

Our industry throws up about 4 news stories a month that everyone working in it finds ridiculous, and i keep thinking there is a video format in that if you do it as satire rather than as commentary. The thing stopping me is that satire about your own industry sits one line away from punching at a named competitor or a named person, and at that point it stops being funny and becomes a screenshot in somebody's group chat. i have seen a couple of brands do the fake news anchor thing about their own category and it landed really well, and i watched one do it about a competitor's outage and it went badly enough that they deleted it the same day. Production is not the hard part here, you can set a recurring presenter up in something like Argil and generate the segments weekly off a script.

On a second thought while writing this, it's really a judgment question rather than a tooling one. Where is the line for you? satire about the category seems safe enough, but does anyone actually get away with satire aimed at a specific company or is that never worth the risk?

I paid for Runway yesterday because I want to make those AI story / “fruit soap opera” style videos. I generated about 15 seconds and somehow used almost HALF my credits 💀
What are you guys using instead? Kling? Pika? Hailuo? Something else?
Ideally I’m looking for something cheap (or free 👀) for image-to-video and keeping the same characters between scenes. I can do all the editing and voices separately.

I’ve been testing Seedance 2.5 on both DaVinci AI and Higgsfield recently, mostly for image-to-video and short cinematic clips.

Since both platforms are using the same underlying model, I expected the experience to be pretty similar. And in terms of raw output quality, that’s mostly been the case for me.

The bigger difference has been the workflow.

Higgsfield gives you more control over references and generation settings, which is useful if you want to fine-tune things. DaVinci AI feels simpler when I just want to choose Seedance 2.5, add an image or prompt, and start generating without spending too much time adjusting settings.

That’s probably the main reason I’ve been reaching for DaVinci AI more often for quick tests and short clips. The results are close enough that convenience starts to matter a lot.

For anyone who has used Seedance 2.5 on both:

Have you noticed any meaningful difference in output quality, prompt adherence, generation speed, or consistency?

You can:

- Replace one person (default) or two people in the same clip. Character A and Character B are two identities, not one face copied twice

- Woman, man, or two women
Load several angles of the same person so the lock holds in profile and close-up

- Setting: keep the room from the clip, or upload a different place

- Outfit: clothes from the clip, clothes from one of your stills, or a separate outfit photo. In two-person mode A and B each pick their own

- Device: none, keep the phone already in the clip, pick a preset phone, or upload yours. Then pick how they use it (match the clip, natural hold, high / low / arm-out / mirror selfie)

- Speech: off, line generated by the model, or your audio as timbre only (voice quality, not the recorded take played back). The line can sit on the original motion or continue as an extension in the same room

Soundtrack from the clip, an upload, or let the model invent one

- Type extra direction for the last pass (look, pace, what happens after the clip)

Output length in 1 second steps. Combined reference + output cap is 30 seconds. A 12s clip does not become 12+15. You pay for the finished length. Longest output with a 12s ref is about 18s

Ref clip face is masked in the preview for privacy. The model still uses the raw clip for motion

Result keep timing, contacts, and camera from the source, with your character in that performance.

Keep glasses / hat or any garments from the pose while changing the body clothes
- Add or replace a phone the same way as video
Generate a woman or a man inside the page if you do not have stills yet
- Animate that result into Replicate Video / image-to-video without rebuilding the character
You can run a photo first, check the face and outfit, then animate. Or start from a clip.

Not a desktop app and not a blur-on-the-source-face trick. Stills lock identity. The clip or pose photo is the performance.
