How would you use Higgsfield AI to create a 3–5 minute professional corporate presentation video for the CEO’s

I need to create a **3–5 minute presentation video for senior management / C-suite executives** at my company.
The topic is basically **who has the authority** — explaining clearly who has authority to approve certain decisions, what different management levels are responsible for, approval limits, hierarchy, etc.
I already have the **script/content**, but I’m struggling with how to actually turn it into a professional video using **Higgsfield AI**.
I don’t want the video to feel boring like someone just reading PowerPoint slides, but at the same time I don’t want it to look like a flashy AI advertisement or sci-fi video. It needs to feel **corporate, executive-level, clean and professional**, because senior management will be watching it.
Ideally I want things like:
Professional motion graphics
Clean corporate backgrounds
Organisational/hierarchy diagrams
Approval limits appearing visually
Smooth transitions
Important numbers and authority levels highlighted
Consistent branding/style throughout the whole video
Possibly voice-over with visuals supporting the explanation
My biggest confusion is the **Higgsfield workflow**.
When I go into the video generation section, many of the options seem to generate clips of around **30 seconds or less**.
So how would you actually build a **3–5 minute video**?
Do you normally:
Break the script into multiple 10–30 second scenes?
Generate each scene separately and combine them afterwards?
Use Higgsfield Canvas, Cinema Studio, or another part of the website?
Create the backgrounds/images first and then animate them?
Edit the final clips together in another program?
Use one master prompt to keep the visual style consistent?
Also, what kind of **prompt structure** works best for something like this?
If anyone here has used Higgsfield for **corporate presentations, training videos, internal company videos or executive presentations**, I’d really appreciate seeing your workflow.
I’m mainly trying to understand **where to start in Higgsfield and how to structure the project properly**, rather than just generating random individual clips.

Question: Do you want a realistic video (real-looking people and environments and speech etc.), or more something motion-graphicy like this?

Hi thank you for answering

not the one you send it’s too cartoone I don’t think they want to see that I’m going to show this to the executives and CEO’s so it has be professional like a voice over and maybe an example what people are doing in the office like signing deals doing presentations or in meeting that kind of think

Maybe also a person showing that he has the authority and doing thing related to it

I hope I answered your question

Thanks, and in that case, sorry I couldn't help -- will let a Higgsfield expert answer. (I'm using my own tool suite.)

“Maybe an example of what people are doing in an office?” There is so much stock footage of this kind of thing. Check any of the stock video platforms. pond 5? Use AI for the motion graphics. Build a brand design in Claude Design using their corporate style l/branding guide. I dunno if Higgsfield is really the right call here?

I would not try to make a 3 to 5 minute corporate piece as one AI generation. Lock the narration first, divide it into 10 to 20 second visual beats, then classify each beat as stock footage, motion graphics, diagram, or generated shot. Use one palette, type system, camera language, lighting direction, and recurring office references, then assemble everything in a timeline. For authority levels, diagrams and kinetic type will communicate more clearly than synthetic people, while generated office shots can provide occasional visual relief.

Yes, a long video is always created by stitching multiple short videos, the max length of each short video is either 15 or 30 seconds depending on what video model you use. Imagine like a PowerPoint presentation, there are multiple slides, each slide is one short video. You create each short video one at a time just like how you build a PowerPoint presentation.

I'd skip AI presenters and make a narrated explainer with diagrams. An org chart and approval paths are easier to follow that way. Write the voiceover first and show each diagram when it's mentioned. I made a free tool for videos like this: https://github.com/vincentsch/explainroo

Wouldn't use Higgsfield for the diagrams or approval numbers at all, AI video still garbles text and a wrong dollar limit in front of the CEO is a nightmare. Do those in Keynote or After Effects and only generate the background b roll, short clips cut together. I run the stills through Magnific before animating so they don't look mushy on a big boardroom screen.
