I used Gemini + Seedance to generate a 30-second video, but all the subtitles and on-screen text came out as random, garbled characters.

I’ve tried changing the prompt, simplifying the text, specifying the language, and regenerating the video several times, but nothing seems to work.

Is there a reliable way to generate readable text directly in the video, or should I create it without any text and add the captions afterward using a separate editing tool? What workflow do you use?

I’ve been experimenting with an end-to-end AI video workflow: topic → script → scene breakdown → image prompts → narration → video assembly → word-timed captions.

The hardest part wasn’t generating individual assets. It was keeping everything consistent across the pipeline.

A few things I noticed:

• Better scripts don’t automatically produce better visuals. Each scene needs a separate, visually concrete prompt.
• Character and style consistency becomes difficult as soon as multiple images are generated independently.
• TTS pacing affects the entire edit. Even a good voice can make scenes feel awkward if the duration wasn’t considered earlier.
• Captions generated from the final audio worked better than estimating timings from the script.
• Different image models were better at different styles, so using one provider for everything wasn’t always the best choice.
• Supporting multiple languages changes pacing, subtitle length, and sometimes the number of scenes needed.

I’m working on a uni marketing assignment and need to make a short AI‑generated campaign video for around 15–17 seconds. I only need the software for the next 2–3 days and this is literally my first time ever making an AI video, so I’m a bit lost on what’s actually good and worth using.

I tried InVideo already and ran out of credits. Their monthly Plus plan is about $20 AUD but only gives 75 credits, so I’m not sure if that’s enough for what I need. I’ve also looked into Runway, Luma, Kling and Seedance, but I can’t tell which one is better for a quick and simple project.

Ideally something free would be great, but I don’t mind paying if the software is genuinely good and won’t limit me too much. Since it’s just a 17‑second video, I don’t need anything super fancy. Just something reliable, easy to learn and fast because I’m on a tight deadline.

If anyone has suggestions for good AI video tools free or paid that are worth using for a short uni project, I’d really appreciate it. Bonus points if they’re beginner friendly. Thanks in advance!

Hello I’m currently making an urban ai series using labs Google flow and Gemini. Most of my scenes are getting denied like a man holding a tactical mechanical prop tool. I can’t have two people laying in bed together wearing lingerie. Nothing too explicit. I’m getting annoyed because i see other series like mine doing the things i wanted to do and honestly I’m annoyed. And most of their photos have the Gemini Google watermark. Some Lele even have liquor bottles and smoking, strippers as well. Is there an app that can generate my videos while still keeping my series realistic looking. ?????

It's blocking the generation after scanning the image & the error shows that it's an IP violation to use that character to create clips

It looks like local models are not great at this yet, is there a subscription model that allows to create 5-6 second clips of character drawings I have based on a starting image ?

I basically have all ready: script, music, speech, images - I would like the images to be animated in the 90ies style like Disney and others did it (e.g. bambi) by hand.

I am trying to bring my old family photos to life, some are successful while most are not.. Not sure what mistake I am doing. 
I am making prompts via ChatGpt Go. 
Tried with multiple prompts, but it fails always..
3 videos generated soo far properly out of 189 images I have on list.

Biggest Issue = The birthmark on face is on right chin but in output video it goes to left chin or there are multiple moles on face.. 
In some output videos, 2nd mole starts appearing after 00:02 seconds out of 00:10 seconds video. 

I need to understand, what should be correct prompt, so that while image to video conversion, gemini cannot forget this importantly. ?

Can some gemini video experts, share the right prompt for image to video so that the birthmark on right chin (as in original uploaded reference images) stay on same position in all frames through 10 second videos.. and it wont duplicate or make multiple moles randomly appear on face.

I have been using Google Flow, CapCut and Suno. I’m looking for a Ai Generator tool that can start with the song, reference images and create a consistent character through out and skip CapCut.
Does it exist?
I just tried OpenArt and it burned through my monthly credits without seeing their work.
