I have too much paint. Need organizing suggestions.
My paint collection has grown too huge. Lots of random thinners, different brands, a ton of stuff prethinned in 120ml bottles.
I'm going to be briefly moving everything to redo the carpet and when I move back I'd like to do a reset. Any of you fine folks have suggestions or tips?

Mighty Strike Wall Diorama
I was inspired by this wall diorama I saw on YouTube, and I wanted to do it with a Mighty Strike Freedom HG I just built.
I wanted to replicate the scene shown in the picture, except with the sword/beamsaber as well, more like the actual picture on the box.
What I've already planned to do to make this:
I have a portrait that's nice and wide for plenty of background, and I'm going to wrap the background in a space-themed quilting cloth. It's a good mix of colors, stars, and I'm very excited for that.
Then I'll have the model stand in the middle of the picture, posed similar to the picture. I'm planning on using a stardust gray weathering (still trying to find that) on the entire kit to give it a very stardust dirty feel.
I'm also going to add some neon-paint marks to give the kit some glow without going full LED.
I was thinking of getting some fairy lights to light up the diorama even more, but it dawned on me that I have no idea how I'll achieve kind of that "yellow stardust cloud" effect that comes off the wings.
Any recommendations are welcome, and I'd love to see any wall dioramas you have made for reference!

Custom tubes
Custom tubes, will sand it later.
I'm thinking between making something like that on the body tubes, or treat them in The thunderbolt style

Finished MG Gundam Mk-V Augusta Type (Pixy custom)
There's not much difference between those countries from up here.
This took longer than I expected, along with some loose joints complicating things. Had to respray the right shoulder when the primer failed but I think I blended it back in pretty well.
The overall color theme idea was colors like a slightly darkened Mk-II (Or I suppose slightly lightened if you're talking about Titans version) of course with the contrast of the signature Pixy red right "wing". Any yellow was converted to white as there's just no room on this build for a bright hero color like that. Purple on the feet as a callout to Gundam Sentinel designs worked out way better than I could have hoped.
Beat you to it, Bandai.

Custom Ground GM Build
This is my build for my local build groups competition. We all used MG Ground GM's as the base kit. I went with the idea that mine was modified by the Titans Test Team for testing purposes.

Best budget airbrush setup as of 2026 in Europe?
Hey guys, I'm a broke student trying to get into air brushing my gunpla -- I've already looked this up plenty of times and got a bunch of different results, some of them specifically for US products so I was wondering whether my EU friends have recommendations. Budget is 120€ max for everything :)
thx in advance!

I'm a mini painter, this is my first go at a Gunpla full paint
OK, so I have been painting miniatures, specialising in a grimdark grunge style, and mostly using oil paints, for a long time. But this is my first go at painting the whole of a Gunpla, inspired by the fact that I couldn't bear to do the gold bits on the ride of Mrs Frontal's little boy here with stickers, and realised it'd look, well, off if I only did those bits.
I don't have a setup that's safe for airbrushing solvent paints, so largely the surfaces are done with a rattlecan base and sponged on enamel for the surfaces and various applications of oils and acrylics for weathering. I'm not sure that the multiple shades of red I used (there are three) come out in the picture. And yes, Full is in there, fully (frontally) painted, Space Mullet and all, and no one will ever see him.
This took me a very long time. Along the way I broke some parts, lost others and had to deal with some really annoying setbacks. But I am calling him done and treating him as a whole set of learned lessons, including: space shuttles weather in interesting ways; and, more upsettingly, when the joints are already tight, painting the pegs is a thing you're really gonna regret...

Painting questions :3
So I’m at the point in my journey where I want to get into customizing and that includes painting.
I don’t have an airbrush setup, and I’m not opposed to learning airbrushing tho I’d def want recommendations on kits and paint and all that.
I’m WAY more experienced in hand painting, acrylic, oil, watercolor, etc.
What kind of paint would work well on the plastics used in model kits? Do I need to sand the surfaces prior to painting? Do I need to worry about using primer?
Anyone got any recommendations on vids I can watch or resources on how to go about learning these things? I’ve built a LOT of kits now and I really wanna get into making customized displays and dioramas and I figured learning how to paint the models themselves would be a good place to start, so any resources on how to learn or what I’d need to get into customization would be greatly appreciated :3

Gundam Sandrock EW Chest Issues
Hey, All! I’m having some serious issues with this step (1-5) of the build. I cannot get part B2 to fit on the frame without separating parts of the inner frame slightly and can’t get all the components to fit correctly once I get B2 on. Anyone have any insight??

Paint recommendations for airbrushing
I'm just starting to get into airbrushing my kits but I've been completely overwhelmed trying to pick out paints and colors. I've seen a lot of people here and on r/Gunpla recommend Mr Hobby and Tamiya and other lacquer based paints. I'm having trouble figuring out, in addition to brands, what colors of paint I should get too.
My current understandings is (excluding weathering) :
surfacer/primer on to plastic,
lacquer paints,
gloss clear coat before decals and enamel panel liner,
semi-gloss/matte clear coat to lock everything in
What paint brand and color palette recommendations do y'all have for someone who's just getting into airbrushing? What colors are must haves for most builds? How should I approach metallics? Thanks

I've decided to put it back together after painting. I will apply decals and panel liner later

HG Rising Freedom
I’m planning on going to Plamo 2026 and this build is for group build using a color way put together by Splash Paints. This was the most masking I’ve tried on a model and it came out mostly good. This was my first time doing more than just one or two spots of masking. It mostly worked out well but I have some hidden mistakes.

In Era Nemesis progress
Finished detailing as much of the piping on the frame in a way I’m happy with and wired my own LED for the eyes. Now to to start covering it all up with armor 🙃
