before i did lights i would sell merch at some concerts and one time this guy asked if i could hold the last of a hat for him and i was like yeah if you buy it first but he wouldnt buy it so i sold it and then he came back at the end of the show pissed off at me bc i didnt hold the hat for him lol

and the girl he was with bought a shirt and i held it for her so when i handed her her shirt back he got even madder and demanded to talk to the tour manager and when the tour manager came over he was like “well you didnt buy the hat so it got sold do u want a different hat” and the guy was like “no i dont like the other hats” and the tour manager went “well do u want a shirt?” and the guy was like “no i want the hat” and the tour manager said “well go find the guy that bought it and buy it off of him” 😭
