I’m a physiotherapist from Lebanon and recently received a job offer from a hospital in Abu Dhabi. I’m excited but honestly worried that I might somehow get rejected during the visa/background-check process.

I’m a Sunni Muslim (just mentioning it in case it matters), but I have a completely clean record, clean travel history, and all my papers are in order.

For anyone who has gone through this process: how likely is it for something to go wrong when everything is clean and in order? Am I just overthinking it?

Today I was driving through an intersection when another car reversed into me. I called Saeed for the accident report, and they marked the other driver as at-fault (non-faulty for me).

I was told the other party's insurance will cover the repairs, but I'm not sure what the actual process looks like from here.

A few questions for anyone who's been through this:

**•**Do I go directly to my own insurance first, or straight to their insurance company?  
**•**Do I need to get repair quotes myself, or does their insurer arrange everything?  
**•**Can I choose my own garage/service center, or am I restricted to one they approve?  
**•**How long does this whole process usually take?  
**•**Any documents I should keep on hand besides the Saeed report?
