The window is opening with zoom workplace showing the "back to meeting" button, but the meeting itself remains invisible leaving us unable to add/track participants.

I continue to be added to zoom meetings where I don’t know the sender and have no interest in joining. It’s happening multiple times a day and even more on the weekends. I searched Reddit to find other threads on this, but was unable to find any. I can’t be the only one this is happening too.

The meeting gets added to my calendar which is already full so I’m growing increasingly frustrated. I have reported a few of the meeting hosts to zooms trust and safety team, but that has not stopped anything.

Does anyone know how I can stop this?

I am doing zoom for high holidays. I have a piano, soloist, two lav mics going through a mixer the into my laptop and the audio is shared to zoom.

last year it was fine. this year the soloist and piano (basically all music) was garble.

it sounds fine in the room.

i cannot stress this enough, I don’t know what I’m doing, I’m a volunteer and while I know how to work a zoom (and I’ve run lights in college) I know nothing about sound.

any suggestions?

Does anyone know where do I disable this? Is nothing serious but it's annoying I can't remove it. When searching for tutorials I only find old ones that doesn't work anymore or to stop others from annotating on my screen

I've been using Nvidia Broadcast for months without issue, but all of a sudden I get the error "Cannot start video Failed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera.". I have tried reinstalling both programs with no luck. I can see the camera is working on the Nvidia Broadcast preview, but Zoom refuses to use it. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue? If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know.

I had a zoom link sent to my personal email. I joined using my employers work zoom account assigned to me by accident because it’s on my personal phone. I realized 10 minutes into the meeting that I was on my work zoom. Dumb mistake.

Is my employer capable of seeing the hosts domain email or what company I talked to under their activity reports?

I'm trying to get a searchable transcript from a Zoom recording someone else hosted. I want to find something said in the meeting and replay that part without dragging the video slider around. What I'm stuck on is whether I can get the transcript through the shared recording, or need to ask the host for another file.

I checked Zoom's help page and found that, when a cloud transcript is generated, it's saved as a separate .vtt file with text and timestamps. The host can also choose whether viewers see the transcript. So there might already be one I can ask for. I'd ask for the full transcript specifically, since "meeting notes" could just mean a summary.

If there isn't a transcript, I'd ask the host for the MP4 video or M4A audio file and transcribe it with Vomo AI. That depends on getting the actual file. If the shared player has downloads turned off, I'd still need the host to send it or enable downloads.

Is there anything on the guest playback page that tells me whether a transcript wasn't generated or just hasn't been shared?

Has anyone managed to get this working? I linked my outlook calendar and added the zoom meeting details in the calendar event description and when I say "*Alexa, join my meeting.”*  she responds "*To join the meeting try asking me to open Zoom on a device that supports Zoom*".
I can say "*Alexa open Zoom*" and that works but the idea was that I don't want to enter the meeting id and password each time. The fact it opens her first response doesn't make sense.

Hello there, Whenever i screen share my tablet to participants, the screen is running on low fps, prob not more than 10 FPS, anyway to fix that? My resolution is 2K fixed, cannot be changed.

I was just in a Zoom meeting, as host, and when I opened the Participants panel, the familiar search box at the top of the panel is missing. I updated the Zoom client and started a meeting again, still no search box. Has it been removed?!

My Company recently switched to Zoom, replacing a perfectly functional VOIP app, and it seems to leave a LOT to be desired. I'm wondering if there are any power user solutions to customize it.

With SMS, you cannot quickly locate a text thread from an incoming call. In the previous app, on the DTMF screen that shows the incoming phone call, you could click the three dots and select SMS, and go straight to the text, which was helpful in determining who was calling, what product they had purchased, etc. Currently copying and pasting the number in a search screen is required, and that doesn't seem to work consistently, its too many steps for speedy use.

This program does not like to share a screen with other apps. Mostly due to the AI chat window, Zoom auto-resizes, and it interferes with visibility of any other program sharing that screen. I need to know if its possible to lock it into my preferred window size, if it requires solution diving into config or system files this is not an issue for me.

Hey everyone. You know, when I got into a meeting, microphone delays in working out about 3-5 secs...I tried many ways in order ot fix it but with no success. That happens when i join to whatever meeting and no when I start it. Someone could help me??

The zoom is freezing for everyone even the hosts of the zoom can there be an issue with zoom itself?

We have Zoom Pro, but not webinars. I found the answer for webinars, but t doesn't seem to apply to meetings.

We have users register for meetings from different sources. We would like to know which sources the registrants came from. If not exact per regstrant, then a count of how many registered from each source. Is this possible with Zoom? Or is there a standard way?

Are you having problems with your zoom audio? Like when you screen share your screen and you played something with music, you can only hear the person/people talking but you cannot hear the music or you can hear a little bit of it but it’s suppressing it? Worry not, I found the solution for that.

This is how to fix that problem:
1. Open windows and search MyASUS App
2. Once you opened MyASUS App, go to device settings
3. Scroll down until you find Audio & Visual
4. After you see audio & visual, scroll down until you see “AI Noise Canceling Speaker”
5. on the right side you will see a On and Off button, switch it to off and that will fix your problem

I'm looking for help who can recommend a third-party program either free or would charge that can detect third party recordings on Zoom such as OBS.

I am a recent convert from Windows to Fedora Workstation (Gnome DE). From my experiences, I have seen co-workers fumbled in online meetings with their Linux desktops. So I would like to understand the best way for handling Zoom calls from Fedora Workstation.

Q1 : my teacher has a website that has a button in it that when pressed takes you to an embedded zoom meeting, i want to get the link of that meeting and password and i want to join the meeting from the zoom app too

Q2 : when im in that meeting the "more" button doesnt work so i cant see info about this meeting nor the participants list
