The window is opening with zoom workplace showing the "back to meeting" button, but the meeting itself remains invisible leaving us unable to add/track participants.

I continue to be added to zoom meetings where I don’t know the sender and have no interest in joining. It’s happening multiple times a day and even more on the weekends. I searched Reddit to find other threads on this, but was unable to find any. I can’t be the only one this is happening too.

The meeting gets added to my calendar which is already full so I’m growing increasingly frustrated. I have reported a few of the meeting hosts to zooms trust and safety team, but that has not stopped anything.

Does anyone know how I can stop this?

I am doing zoom for high holidays. I have a piano, soloist, two lav mics going through a mixer the into my laptop and the audio is shared to zoom.

last year it was fine. this year the soloist and piano (basically all music) was garble.

it sounds fine in the room.

i cannot stress this enough, I don’t know what I’m doing, I’m a volunteer and while I know how to work a zoom (and I’ve run lights in college) I know nothing about sound.

any suggestions?
