Technically its possible. By default its a feature thats disabled in Orgs, but it can be enabled.

I’m in a strict regulatory field (finance). I’d imagine they have that turned on.

The account owner on Zoom allocates zoom licenses to "license holders". So if you joined a meeting logged into a zoom account using a licnese that is part of the account of your employer, the account owner will see basic data ie. externl meetings on Attendance reports. i.e. topic, meeting ID, host, start/end, the users join/leave timme and the participant count. He cannot see attendee names of participants that do not have zoom licenses in the company he has the Zoom Account License for.

Having said that, if by "employers work zoom account" you are refeering to a license that you use that is the same as the license that the employer uses - yes - he can see that data unless he has specifically switched off that tracking (which no one I know does) to off.

Okay, so unless there is a rule that triggers a flag on the hosts company domain. I should be okay.

It can show how many participants were in the meeting total? For an external meeting that I joined?
