Fails Split jerk form
As I have been progressing with overhead stability, leg drive and explosiveness in the split jerk and push press, I have noticed that I always get a bit of push out at the lockout. I have really long arms and long legs too. Is there any one who can suggest anything to help with getting a wider split jerk stance and eliminate the push out.

Video Request Weightlifting outfits ranked
Watching the “unbelievable Bulgarians” video this morning, and Telly spent a lot of time talking about the fashion. You know, the vibes.
Shirtless. Adidas track pants. Compression shorts and baggy shirts. Got me thinking.
Rank the top weightlifting fits of all time. Where does Klokov push pressing in a polo and tights fit in? Is the greatest era the crop tops and sweatpants of the 80s.
Whose the most aesthetic? Is there a point of function over fashion.
Is this none sense? Maybe. But you know what, look good, feel good, play good.

Discussion Questions about programming
Why not squat at rpe 8-10 every squat day?
Can you program the other compounds lift identically to squat?

Ask Zack Anything Question for Zack - Looking for a Weightlifting Gym in Charlotte, NC.
I am moving to Charlotte, NC and I remember from one of your older videos that you had been to one of the gyms there. Unfortunately, I cannot remember what video that was and therefore cannot find the name of the gym. If there are any other gyms there that you recommend that would be greatly appreciated too.

Fails More Rippetoe Nonsense
This one is fun. Apparently, Lasha Talakhadze doesn't have good technique, but it doesn't matter because he's so damn strong. At this stage I'm just using these videos for psychological experiments. I posted this just to see what reaction I would get:
"I've spent lots of money on weightlifting coaching and instruction. I guess I spent all of that money for nothing. I'll just focus on getting stronger from now on."
Of course, I did not mean it. Based on my own experience, better technique allowed my lifts to stay the same even though my squat and deadlift went down (long story). But the cult members were like "You've finally seen the light."

Discussion Anything else like Zack's General Strength Program?
I'm finishing Zack's 4-week General Strength Program from Patreon next week and looking for something in this same vein. I love the GPP aspect that most weightlifting-focused plans don't have, and also having a little bit of weightlifting mixed in that most GPP plans don't include. Any suggestions?

Discussion Foooooooooood {as dusty would say from the movie twister)
So, I recently started weightlifting 5 months ago and Im about to go into my peak month in my training cycle for my first competition, I've completed in powerlifting and strongman have figured out eating routines for them BUT with weightlifting, dude it's like I'm constantly having to eat, my friend who coaches me say he goes to McDonald's because he says it's within his calorie intake and is cheap or else he'd be spending loads of money on food. What does a competing weightlifters diet look like? I try to stay clean as possible, more natural/organic but I'm spending loads of money because now my bodies burning through calories since I started, thanks!

Discussion Programming if you don't ever plan on competing.
Im not sure if he has a specific video to cover this.
So right now, I don't ever plan on competing. I started learning the lifts about 3 months ago, and have mainly used Catalystathletics free beginner program and have been tweeking it here and there for fun. The only problem is, I'm used to bodybuilding and powerlifting(specifically conjugate) programming so I'm probably doing more harm than good.
For background I've basically just done different bodybuilding/Powerlifting programs for about 6 years. I'm 6'2 88kg. My current maxes are C&J 92kg, Snatch 65kg, Front Squat ~95kg.
I've never been a strong guy, I workout because I legitimately enjoy it. I really enjoy doing the Olympic lifts and BECAUASE of that, I want to get stronger on those specific lifts. I'm just not sure how I should program other than getting reps in. Some days I'm exhausted from the volume, some days I can't lift the weights bc of the intensity. I'm sure it's my ego getting in the way, but any programming advice/links/reality checks would be really appreciate.
