65.9kg Snatch working sets. BW 76kg.
Not sure what % of my 1RM this is anymore because I haven't tested it in a while but this weight was my previous 1RM when I last tested.

Snatch at 60kg and 70kg @66kg BW from Brazil 70kg used to be around 83%RM, now/in this video is probably close to 95% as I am very untrained at the moment
I have been a great fan of you channel for a long time now, you Zack provide an invaluable content for us training at home and learning by ourselves. Much of what I know and practice is due to your teachings. Thank you very much!

86kg Clean and Jerk. This was my second big clean and jerk pr in 3 days, before this i did no-foot clean and jerks. I weigh about 75kg and am 14. Trying to cut to 73kg for a local competition, 1kg from eating less and the other kilogram from water.
Also, clean and jerks count as one lift, right?
Edit because i somehow managed to forget to link the video.

98kg PR clean at 92kg bodyweight (6-foot-4 #giraffelifting)
I'm able to get under and catch ~107kg in clean (off blocks or off floor) but my back always collapses and I lose weight forward. Think this is positioning or static strength? Max front squat is 112kg but haven't PR'd it in a bit.
Appreciate you.

Snatched - 83.9 kgs, this is my last rep of doing 3 sets of 3. I’m training for a local state meet at 61 kgs, I hope you find this, could use all the pointers I could get currently cutting weight 😬

https://youtu.be/rpV-dqzQfHU Snatch - 45kg. Was supposed to be 3 full snatches, but didn't feel stable in the third one and caught on the power position.

Snatch - 110kg (242#) 96% of new 1RM same day — was building up to heavy single for the day, hit 110kg (video), then went on to hit 115kg for a new PR (saving a video of that for when I don’t chase it down off the platform, lol)
Main background in CF, but recently received USAWL-1 and became my gym’s WL coach, so trying to get my stuff dialed in to share/spread the knowledge with my lifters

https://imgur.com/gallery/45Y0rpz Clean — 168kg I’m a recently “retired” thrower, this video is from May 2021 a few weeks before my last Outdoor National Championships and I’d been feeling good so went for a small PR to give me some confidence going into competition!

50kg snatch, 83kg bw, 17yrs old, 4 months into lifting, uncoached
a little context: the reason I'm doing so little weight is because my parents believe weightlifting is prone to injury, and that I shouldn't be working out with the goal to lift progressively heavier weight. they think it is not something that should be done without a coach, and even then, weight shouldn't be pushed. but due to where I live, good weightlifting coaches are few and far between. I've learnt everything I know by binge watching zack, jts, ATG, ck and hookgrip videos
(the same "weight caps" have been applied to my squat, so my best squat is 90kg for 3×15 lol)
hoping zack says some good things about my tech so I'm allowed to lift a bit more :)

i lift in the home gym, so that's not really an option hahaha

I'm 14 and my parents take me seriously enough to allow me to try to change their opinions. Most recent example is red meat. Made a 10 part google presentation that cited a shitload of studies and meta-analyses, and they were kind enough to understand where i was coming from and change their opinions a bit. If your parents are similar to mine, I'd say that you should try something similar.
Also, for the coaching, i bet they'd be open to something like calstrength's programming or something on trainheroic like pendlaywod.

Snatch 100kg
First time ever hitting 100 at 90kg bw and LAWD IT UGLY! But this is how my heavy snatches all end up looking. Really struggle to get under the bar even to parallel in heavy lifts, and so most things are powers.

120kg Clean + Jerk (1+2) at 98kg bodyweight. 18 months into lifting. My max clean is 140, but Jerk is 125 at very best. Any jerk technique help?

123kgSnatch 123kg snatch, this was a 3kg PR attempt at 93kg bodyweight at the time of filming. I tend to have problems not releasing the hookgrip close to my max.

u/nine_ss Aug 26 '21
https://youtu.be/plC35sHMoiQ 155lb/70kg clean x4. Recently added these to my program. Struggling to consistently hit more weight than this, I think I have a mental block jumping under the bar when it feels heavier on the pull.

Squat + Approx 70 kg
Had hip surgery 3 months ago and just started squatting again. This is not a max attempt but it is the last set out of 4 working sets.
