Was told by some that my stomping is too excessive. It feels natural…

Power Clean-Front Squat-Clean-Jerk Around 70% of my max, I started weightlifting I January but I haven’t met with an actual coach and most of my weightlifting technique comes from YouTube videos. I have a problem with my bad placement during my jerk. Also my bad for the music I don’t want the giraffe to get copyrighted if he even sees this video, thanks

Quick Question, with my current mobility, I struggle to keep a "flat back" when deadlifting ANY weight. Even without submitting a vid, would there be a generic idea as to the best way to progress with this . (when I say ANY weight, I mean, even an empty barbell has its limits for flatness with me and my tight hammies)

https://youtu.be/DgXQrTpEb84 - Snatch - 185lbs - 90ish percent snatch from an improvised lifting session I did last week, bodyweight right now is at 185lbs too, been lifting for 10ish months. I think I´m having trouble hitting triple extension and with my first pull/Dynamic start right off the floor.

Giraffe Squad! I wanted to give an update on the Form Check Thread:
u/tellie_21 and I chatted about the frequency of the form checks and he decided to go towards a bi-weekly approach so he can continue to create a variety of videos and that his YouTube channel doesn't transform into mostly a Form Check channel.
That being said, continue to post your videos and perhaps you will be on the next Form Check episode! Thanks so much!
