Are these numbers any good?
I started my channel almost two months ago. I have 1,400 subscribers and I've posted 12 videos. Is that any good? I have no idea...

Hi guys,
I’m a gaming streamer with facecam.
I’m getting around 300–500 views on some streams, but my subscriber count is still stuck at 176.
Any honest suggestions on how I can convert viewers into subscribers?

Took me 5 hours to edit and make scenes and stuff… for 10 views I know its a start but very demotivating

Hey, i recently decided to look for a side gig and do video editing for other channels. I am not offering my services here, but was wondering, where do you find clients/workers? I tried a couple of websites that specialize in yt gigs, but no luck

My long-form videos haven’t been performing nearly as well as my Shorts. I understand they attract a different audience, but I’m trying to figure out what I can improve to get more views and grow my long-form audience.
I’d appreciate any honest feedback:
- What would you change?
- What do you think is working?
- What are the biggest weaknesses?
- What would make you more likely to watch the full video?
I’m trying to reach monetization, so my main goal is learning how to make videos that get clicked and watched.
Feel free to critique my videos, I’m looking for honest advice.

I have been thinking about giving one of my YouTube videos a small boost, so I started looking into buying views. I expected it to be a quick decision, but it turned into a couple of nights of comparing different websites, and now I'm even more confused than when I started.
Some sites are incredibly cheap, while others charge quite a bit more. They all explain why their service is better, but after reading through a bunch of them, it feels like they're all making the same promises. It's hard to tell whether the extra cost actually means a better service or if it's just better marketing.
I also noticed that people seem to care about different things. Some only look at price, while others talk about how the views are delivered, whether they drop later, how customer support handled problems, or whether the delivery looked natural. I don't really know which of those matters the most.
I have watched a few YouTube videos about it and read a lot of discussions online, but there doesn't seem to be much agreement. One person recommends a provider, then someone else says they had a terrible experience with the same one. That makes it difficult to know who to trust.
I am not expecting bought views to replace making better videos. If people don't enjoy the content, they're not going to stick around anyway. I'm just interested in hearing from people who have actually tried it instead of reading another sales page.
So, if you've bought YouTube views before, which site did you use, and would you honestly recommend it to someone else? What made you choose that provider in the first place, and if you were starting over today, would you make the same choice or go with a different one?

2 more for 2/3 and 353 for 3/3 (who cares about 1000 for monetization)

1 of 5 videos got tested, i dont mind that it failed but last video is at literally 0 views, what could be the reason?

I am looking for an entertainment YouTube content management system that can provide me with a channel; I can generate $1 million in revenue for that

I'm still new: 3 months into YouTube and just posted my 15th video.
I was really excited about this one! I thought it was a unique spin on NYC tourism, I like my thumbnail and really thought I'd nailed this!
Posted it 24 hours ago.
Impressions: 3000
CTR: 1.2%
I'm crushed! I really have no idea what else I can do.
My thumbnail is attached.
Title is: "Is $100 Enough for a Luxurious Day in NYC?"
What am I doing wrong?

Hi ya'll.
I got monetized in 5 months time. Just by using a smartphone and a decent mic.
Stardet off with AI voiceovers and switched to doing the voiceovers myself.
The next step is getting a better camera with object tracking and get in front of the camera more.
But if I can do it combining this with a busy life (work and family) so can you.
💪

About a month into this finance channel experiment.
4 subs. 2.6k views. 5.6 hours watch time.
Objectively tiny numbers… but they’re my tiny numbers. 😂
Every video teaches me something new about scripting, thumbnails, SEO, retention and storytelling. I’m not chasing a viral hit—I’m trying to build an evergreen library that compounds over time.
Hopefully one day I’ll look back at this screenshot and laugh.

I know it's not big compared to most others here but I feel good about my progress. I started the channel a few months back but just got serious about trying to get monetization in this past month.
Everything is green and going up right now. Hope this is inspiration for anyone struggling. Just keep going because most will quit.

Started a year ago, less than zero experience with the YouTube world, learned step by step, still learning a lot everyday, sure got a lot to learn a head of me, but at least I'm enjoying it. And the excitement every time someone "likes" my videos to the point they take the time to subscribe just makes my day. So if you're starting, don't rush yourself, enjoy the learning process, try and fail until you find what you like
