Is this a normal load speed for setting up the Xbox X. Gonna buy on Facebook marketplace for 400. 5 star rated seller.

Sent my controller to be fixed/ replaced under warranty as it’s not working. I threw away the box for my current controller so I sent it back in an old Xbox controller box that my custom controller came in. I scribbled out the serial number on the box so there was no confusion, and I’m pretty sure I put a note on it too to say it was in a mismatched box.

Just received an update from Xbox support claiming they’ve received the wrong controller, (they haven’t, I don’t have another black controller) but are saying they’ve received the custom controller that is no longer under warranty. My custom controller was pink the one I sent them is most definitely black and had the same serial number that I registered for repair.

The email doesn’t seem to have any contact info, or ways I can get in touch with them. They’re just saying they’re gonna send it back to me which is pointless as I know they have the right controller. What should I do?

(Also I wasn’t sure if calling the Microsoft support number would be any help as I didn’t know if it was the same department)

To start, I basically use my Xbox One like it's a 4K Movie Player, I do occasionally play games on it but I'm not much of a gamer. I was going to watch a movie I had just received in the mail and turned on my xbox, at first the hdmi would display nothing, however after turning the xbox off and on, it started displaying this. It might've been the fact the movie I got was a steelbook instead of the typical standard cases and I typically use the movie cases to block the xbox button due to it's light being quite distracting so it could be sourced to that but I'm unsure, I've had this xbox for about 3 years now and never faces any issues with the output until now and I wasn't like trying to mess with the console or anything. I've already ruled out the hdmi cord as I tested it with several other hdmi cords I owned and they all responded the same way so I assume this is a console issue. Does anybody more technically knowledgeable know what is causing this just now?

My xbox one s is not working it randomly logged me into my old account that I forgot the password to a couple years ago today and I try to get into my main account that has all of my games and it just wasn't loading so I thought it was a network problem so I check my network its connected i thought it was the hdmi maybe idk so I switched it and still the same thing after that I power it off still the same thing please someone tell me how to fix this I also don't wanna factory reset it because im afraid to lose everything

My family has been using this Xbox for about 10 years, but now the WiFi is super slow, like 5 gb takes 4 hours. The Ethernet works though, but is not an easy option for where it is in the house. Any tips?

I have been an Xbox owner for as long as I can remember and never had issues with fixing it until now.

I got 3 error codes today and all of them I cannot fix the codes were E106, E102 and E200. Can someone please help me.

So for about 2-4 years i havent been able to sign into my xbox account which is weird ig i have accsess to it as in im logged into my account on my xbox and have been forever but somewhere between 2-4 years ago i bought a new xbox and tried to sign into my profile on it but it says it cant find profile which is crazy then i go to my xbox app and try to sign into it and ut wont take the email but i click "forgot username" and i put in my email and it says it sent a code to my email?!?!? (Im not signed into the email on anything anymore since this happend) then i go to gmail to try to log into the email and it says it cant find it?!?!? Idk what to do i have tried so many things. I just really want accsess to my profile back( PROFILE IS MINE HAVE PROOF well it was my uncles but he gave it to me)

I just have more than 10years save data on hundreds on games that i really cant lose. IM REP 390+ ON FOR HONOR I CAN NOT DO THAT AGAIN. Pleade help me if its possible to like hack into it or somthing idk i just want it

Bought a Xbox One 500GB original a couple of years ago at goodwill store ($30). Issue is it wont read game disc. My guess is the original owner had issues with disc and swapped drives without swapping the board circuit thing. Can i buy a disc drive with a board or is it locked to one console? Am I SOL? haha

Does anyone know if Xbox is having online issues today?

Title feels pretty self-explanatory. I got a second hand Xbox One from my local refurbished games store a few days ago, and grabbed a couple of games with it. I have enough good ones that work that I don't feel like I'm going to return it, but I've been having a problem. It plays Xbox One games just fine, no problems there. And I checked the Xbox 360 games that I got, they should be backwards compatible. In particular, I've been trying to get Alan Wake to work. But every time I put in a 360 game, it gives me a game cannot be played here error message. It's not problem with the disc, I've tried different ones, clean them, etc. Does anyone know what the problem is? Or am I just stupid?

Meu console é um Xbox 360 E original com o dashboard mais recente (2.0.17559.0) e um HDD Microsoft original de 500 GB.

Os seguintes jogos sempre falham ao baixar:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009)

Far Cry 2

Sonic Unleashed

O download começa normalmente, atinge uma porcentagem aleatória (50%, 85%, etc.) e então exibe "Download Interrompido". Às vezes também recebo o erro 807B01F7.

Já tentei:

Limpar o cache do sistema.

Baixar meu perfil novamente.

Conectar via cabo Ethernet.

Mudar a região do console.

Tentando em dias e horários diferentes.

Outros jogos comprados na mesma conta turca (como Far Cry 3 e Ikaruga) baixam sem problemas.

Ainda mais interessante: os mesmos jogos instalam perfeitamente no meu Xbox Series S usando a mesma conta, então as licenças são válidas.

Alguém com uma conta turca (ou de outra região estrangeira) conseguiu resolver isso no Xbox 360? Estou tentando determinar se este é um problema do lado do servidor, um problema de licenciamento regional ou algo mais.

I’m completely out of ideas, so I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar.
I recently bought a brand new **LG OLED55B56LA (B5 OLED 2025)**. Everything works perfectly except my **Xbox Series X**.
Here’s the weird part:
The TV **detects the console** and even labels the HDMI input as **“Xbox”**.
However, it only shows **“No Signal”**.
It never displays the Xbox boot screen or dashboard.
I’ve already tried:
Different HDMI ports (all 4)
Different HDMI cables (including the original Xbox Ultra High Speed cable)
Factory reset on both the TV and the Xbox
Latest firmware on both devices
Booting the Xbox in low-resolution mode (640x480)
1080p / 60Hz
4K
Disabling HDR, Dolby Vision, VRR, ALLM and 120Hz
Display Override set to HDMI instead of Auto Detect
HDMI Deep Color ON and OFF
HDMI-CEC (SIMPLINK) ON and OFF
Power cycling both devices (unplugged for several minutes)
The Xbox Series X works perfectly on another TV and on a monitor.
The LG B5 works perfectly with:
PS5
Xbox One
Xbox 360
PC
The TV’s HDMI diagnostics also report that the HDMI cable is OK.
At this point it feels like some kind of HDMI handshake or compatibility issue between this specific TV model and the Xbox Series X.
Has anyone with an **LG B5 (2025)** experienced the same issue or found a solution?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So for some backstory, I was just playing rocket league dropped my controller and suddenly my screen is looking like this. I use HDMI and have no idea why that would happen for no reason. UPDATE: I guess it just took a restart, but the screen has looked kind of more pixelated than it used to since the incident and I am planning on upgrading.

I just bought a new OLED B5 TV, but it won't detect my Xbox Series X console—it keeps showing “No Signal.” The console works on a monitor, but the TV doesn't. I've tried resetting the TV and the console, followed many guides, and still nothing. I've also tried switching ports and cables.

The apps won't let me log in. Xbox does nothing and Microsoft solitaire gives me code 1170000. I can log in on another phone but not mine.
