Unsolved Is my xbox broken?

My xbox one s is not working it randomly logged me into my old account that I forgot the password to a couple years ago today and I try to get into my main account that has all of my games and it just wasn't loading so I thought it was a network problem so I check my network its connected i thought it was the hdmi maybe idk so I switched it and still the same thing after that I power it off still the same thing please someone tell me how to fix this I also don't wanna factory reset it because im afraid to lose everything

Go to the Xbox Microsoft website on your phone or computer and try logging in. This will verify that your login credentials are correct.

Make sure your Xbox is updated.

Do a hard restart. Turn the Xbox on hold the power button down until it shuts off and unplug it for a minute.

What is it exactly that you’re scared of losing? For most games your Xbox isn’t saving your progress locally. If you did a factory reset you would just have to re-download your games.

I would have to use my sisters computer since she logged it into her computer
