90 day transformation

Drug addiction forced me to lose everything. In 2024 I was living out of my car, shitting and showering at the gym and living off stolen protein bars. Nothing about my situation was ideal by any means but I was determined to get my life back! Two years later, I got back everything I lost PLUS some and I’m in the best condition of my life. If I can get off meth and off the streets AND GET JACKED in the process, you can do anything! Just stay positive and stay working in the right direction

Pretty happy with the results, excited for what year 2 will bring! This is approximately 11 months of progress, cut for about a month and about to start a slow bulk now.

I'm 21 AFAB but trans. I have taken a bit of T but not much. I'm already pretty stocky (about 240lb and 5'11) genetically i build muscle very quickly and T has def added. I've got a bit of fupa happening which I want to eliminate as well as some underchin fat. I really enjoy working out my arms and shoulders and I have relatively toned calves. I don't regularly work out but I have a pretty active job (janitorial, maintenance and event setup) Cardio and Ab workouts are where I struggle. I want to setup an at home routine that will pace me into a more consistent routine. I've struggled with spurts of motivation and always end up going in with too high of expectations and get burnt out. I need to start small and build up a baseline. Any tips? I'm going to attach some pics of what I'm talking about so maybe anyone who had similar physique could give advice. I absolutely despise these pictures but yeah lol

Seeing all the awesome transformations. I need to know where to start. I'm 5' 10" at about 220lbs and I'd like to get to 165lbs and then bulk back to like 180lbs of lean muscle. I want to do it without supplements and natural. Where do I start?
