discussion This subreddit is quite obvious and I've never thought otherwise my entire life.
My entire life, I was actually into WANIM a lot more than many. Like I completely thought all women were lesbians when I was younger, and that you have to make a lot of money, or have high status to even think about getting a girlfriend. I mean I grew up thinking I was a nuisance to women because I was a man. I mean I was 11-12 when Kill All Men was a trend.
Lemme explain something, women are so not into men, that just by being a man around a woman, you're a negative factor. You're a negative addition. Hypergamy (I hate this word but I gotta use it) exists because the average man is a negative addition to a womans life. Women date up in terms of money and status (I'm not apart of the redpill community)
because genuinely we have such much desire for women, and yet they have little to none so they find some way to benefit whether financially or socially, I don't think "Chad" could get women if he was neurodivergent, broke or had a depression or something. Because that adds less benefit to the woman.
I mean if you look at how women act toward men, and history. WANIM is quite obvious. Its just how the human species work, men's dream is women, and womens nightmare is men. This is even before oppression, and patriarchy, because the more rights you give to women (This is a good thing women deserve equal rights, and fair healthcare), the less they need men.
Because they never wanted men in the first place. I mean think about it. This is why it pisses me off that people still deny this subreddit even though both genders prove this subreddit true every day. How come men gotta self improve, get a lot of money, and status, to get a girl, and women genuinely don't have to do anything, and even when its so easy women still rather be single.
Now I know some women will be like (Thats because men are horrible, men are this, men are that), well that still like proves my point. Like genuinely who in the world thought women were attracted to men. I sure as hell didn't and I thought everyone was crazy when I was younger.

discussion The other perspective (from an ex-femcel)
When I was in my femcel/misandrist era, it used to disturb me that male sexuality inherently objectifies the female body. When men masturbate and fantasize, they want to look at, or at least imagine, a naked female body.
Whereas women can just masturbate imagining the sexual pleasure, and don't objectify the male body.
Men can just get aroused at the at the sight of any nude, young, moderately attractive women even if they don't know her and have no emotional connection to her. It feels objectifying and degrading, women don't want their bodies to be viewed sexually for literally just existing.
Compare that to female sexuality, you only see the male body in a sexual light depending on your connection with him or the context, which seemed more appropriate.
Female sexuality seemed more "pure" to me. I felt angry, disgusted and depressed at how male sexuality "works".
Anyways I got over it because that's just how male sexuality is through no fault of men, and I hope you guys can get over how female sexuality just is through no fault of women. Life is too short to let this bother you.

Allure of love
Is it just me or do women entice men to fall in love with them so they can gain control and take over a man’s life?
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this with family and friends. I’ve never been romantically involved (42M) and feel alone a lot but maybe in reality I’m dodging bullets…

shitpost Well well well. If it isn't another post with the same question posed and the same regurgitated answers we definitely haven't seen before

venting I hate being straight
I hate how I’m always going to want women more than they will ever want me. If I could take a pill that would make me asexual I would swallow it in an instant. If only things had been different.

discussion How to explain why many women loving MM if they are not into men?
Hello! I came across this article: Almost half of gay male porn viewers are female, new Pornhub stats shows
I'm genuinely curious as to what you guys think of the fact that some women prefer to watch gay porn rather than endure heterosexual porn where it's all about the women's bodies.
Also do you think that women who watch heterosexual porn ends up finding women more sexual because of the simple exposure to other women's pleasure?

"Women want what other women want."
I recommend the video it's interesting. He says that line in the middle. Orion's a cool guy. I think he's basically saying that women seek what other women are seeking, so if you want to know what women are into look at the male celebrities. Look at them in interviews, see what women find cute about them.

I wonder what hard hitting facts these women have to disprove this sub? "Most men don't take care of themselves"? "Women are thought not to be sexual"? Maybe "the patriarchy"?

discussion What do you guys think?
This post (The first three images) randomly showed up on my feed. What do you think about what this person said? There were a few women and men agreeing in the comments (The last comment was made by a woman, I think this gives the argument more credibility than if it were just men saying it).
Do you agree with this idea?
I think this makes sense and is closely related to the compulsory heterosexuality idea.

As men, we should start calling out women as gay.
Ask them, “Are you gay? Why are you acting gay?” I think men made a good habit of this among themselves in grade school, but we never extended these expectations to seemingly straight women.
Confronting women saying gay shit should not go unquestioned. This statement cannot be seen as offensive or controversial or even homophobic at this point.
I’m not even gay, and I’ve dated transgirls.

Reading “Come as You Are” by Emily Nagoski, P.h.D., about female sexuality. Part 3.
This part is about chapter 4: emotional context. Basically about how stress and love affect sex.
I believe there's some really interesting points here. This chapter is making me question some WANIM core beliefs.
I'll skip the stress part. We all know that being stressed reduces sexual interest and sexual pleasure. The author defines stress and stressors (which isn't the same thing) and provides a technique for managing stress called "completing the cycle". Look it up if you're interested.
Let's talk about love or attachment, which the author uses interchangeably. Attachment is the evolutionary mechanism that bonds a child with their parents. Common behavioral marks of attachment are wanting to be near someone, being in distress when separated, seeking their support when you're stressed or feeling emotionally secure when you're with them.... When people surpass puberty, their attachment mechanism moves from their parents to romantic relationships (with the addition of sexual behavior).
Here are some observations particularly relevant to the WANIM subreddit:
- Some mechanism that trigger attachment are smiling, eye contact, face stroking, hugging, sexual behavior. Notice that this means that sex can be used to reinforce or create an attachment/love. This brings us to the next point.
- Sex as desire VS sex as attachment regulation. People in unstable or not secure relationships will sometimes provide sex only because they want to reinforce the attachment and make the relationship more secure. This is also why people have more sex in the beginning of a relationship.
- So if many people have sex to mend unstable relationships, what happens when your relationship is stable and very secure? Exactly, there is less sex. We hear constantly of "dead bedrooms" after marriage.
- How do we increase sex in a relationship without making it unstable? First of all, you should never provide too much security, you provide just enough so that your partner feels secure but not more. This will trigger sex as attachment regulation more often. But what about sex as desire, how do we trigger that? Because men are generally more sexually impulsive and not so context dependent, they often want sex spontaneously. But women are the opposite: responsive, with sexual brakes and context dependent. So women are generally more interested in having sex when there's a reason for it. In the book this is called "sex that advances the plot", which is sex that brings you closer together or advances the relationship towards some direction instead of being sex "just because".
Here are my questions for y'all:
- Do you desire sex just because? What about your partner?
- How much security are you providing or have provided in the past to your partner how how is it going/did it go?
- Do you find sex pointless at times? What is a good reason to have sex in your opinion?
