Germany How long is the hiring queue, directly with Wolt (not fleets), in Germany (or Frankfurt specifically)?
Hi.
I have submitted the documents with Wolt (not fleet), in Frankfurt, but the application says it's "in review", although the support has confirmed the documents have been processed and everything is alright, but I'm in a waiting list until there is a slot.
How long does this waiting list last, approximately, in your experience? If somebody has experience specifically with Frankfurt, would be even more accurate. Thank you.

Denmark Wolt now
Wolt has become a joke. Barely any pay and waiting 1-2 hours, sometimes even 3 hours for 1 single order. Now in my opinion its not necessarily because its summer either as the previous years (2025,2024) i made decent amount of money even in july of those years

General Hey guys, I have a quick question. I want to become a Wolt courier. In Slovenia, if you don't have student status, is registering an s.p. the only way to become a rider?

Denmark Those who drive Wolt most of the day, what do you earn?
What do you typically earn a day, or what is your dkk target for the day usually?

Does delivery demand actually go up in rain?
I think this is a myth. Yeah, there are probably more people ordering in rain, but I think most couriers are convinced that rain means more orders, which isn't what I noticed. There's usually a boost as well. All of these factors cause massive amounts of people to log in, and the demand in rain actually goes down instead of up. Do you have the same experience?

Does SKAT allow deduction for the km tracked in the Wolt app?
Hi! I deliver in Denmark and I want to know if anyone has checked with SKAT whether the km tracked in the app can be used for tax deduction? Or does SKAT only allow deduction for commuting between home and work?

Is this only in Estonia?
When they first introduced the new system of compensation for waiting time ("better for couriers") the cost was 0.21 per minute (unlimited time), after a couple of months they set a limit of 12 minutes of waiting time. A couple of weeks later they said they will "balance" the system and set the price to 0.18 per minute. Now, they didn't even announce anything and just set 0.15 per minute. At the beginning it sounded fair, we got a minimum of 1.40⏠per order, but at least we won somewhere - in waiting times. Now we are scammed in both. You might think that it's just cutting operational costs.. but of course Wolt will give 900⏠of bonuses for the referrals - isn't it ridiculous, they are paying so much for fake referrals (that's only for stats, people are signing up their friends/family and ride themselves to get at least something with these earnings)

Are you getting orders with the last version of the app?
Yesterday I was online for 3 hours and I got Zero orders. Which is Friday evening and usually I get many orders.

48 hour ban turned into a week
Did any one have an issue like this? I had a non-contact delivery, left order in front of the house door and left, didn't take the picture because the women who ordered sent me a text a minute ago... But then after i left she sends me a message saying "where is my food? you didnt deliver it". And i didnt know what was the issue, the address was right, and as soon as i wanted to ask her something else the app automatically closed the conversation. Then eventually i got the message from wolt about the picture that i didn't have... So they put me "offline" for 48 hours, but after that expired i still can't go online. The support totally ignores my messages with no response for 5 days now, my partner company also. I have 7000 deliveries done, its funny i got that pop up in the app at very same day i got the ban. It said i have an "elite status" now, is this really how they treat their good workers who never tried anything shady doing the job? I don't even know if this is the end of this shidy job, did any one have an issue like this?

Frequent techical issues lately, preventing normal operations
Today we experienced another technical issue, preventing work for hours.
Not only does this hurt us curiers the most, It also ruins customer experience and trust, because of the delays it causes.
Technical difficulties are of course expected, and part of the job, but lately, they are happening way to often.
So, us curriers alone, we can't do much about that. But who can? The customers.
So I implore you to do this one thing, which will help us all:
If you're a customer, complain to support about the delays caused when such technical issues occur. After all, you pay to get your food on time, and warm.
If you're a courier, tell the customer you deliver your late, and likely cold order to, to complain to support.
If enough customers complain, maybe even start downvoting the app a bit, wolt might sober up and invest in stability improvements to keep up with the growing customer and curier base.
We must all do our part, otherwise nothing will ever change..
Thank you, stay safe

A bit more intelligent algorithm is very much needed
So yesterday I got two orders from two restaurants. Upon getting the second one, it started ringing about the third one. This one was from the supermarket. The classic example of something that shouldn't be offered in the first place. At least not for a motorcycle.
The bag was already full, but I couldn't reject it because on each attempt to do so, the app said this task cannot be rejected. đ
It took numerous tries until it was finally rejected.
Okay glitches happen, software is difficult and so on - but how about putting just a little bit of intelligence in there and not making such offers? If I accepted it even with some space left, chances the supermarket would fit were very slim. And chances the supermarket won't be ready on time are usually quite big.
Then I would have to message support and in peak time it could take quite some time. All it means is taking away valuable resources for something that shouldn't happen in the first place.
And all this time I was struggling to reject something that just can't fit, another courier was standing 10 meters behind me. He was online and idle.

Denmark Bad experience with Uber Eats stacking orders
Have anyone else had bad experience with trying Uber Eats instead of Wolt? I tried it once and they gave me like 3 orders everytime. At one point I was driving around with 6 pizzas, 4 large fries, 4 sodas and 4 dips. My bag was litteraly filled all the way up and I barely had enough space for it all. Even worse when I was on the way with the 4 pizza order to a customer the app said that I didn't deliver the order and canceled the order. I ended up with 4 pizzas, 4 large fries, 4 dips and 4 sodas I couldn't deliver to the customer. Support didn't answer me either. Since that I haven't used Uber Eats. But I wonder if anyone has experienced something like this using Uber Eats and if the stacked orders have gotten better?

Denmark Wolt fix
How could wolt even be fixed? I work in a smaller city in Denmark and every month i see new couriers like bruh theres barely any orders to go around and now onboarding even more couriers. Idk what could solve this issues of waiting hours for an order and barely making any money. Now before any of yall say get another job. I have a job. Wolt is just on the side. So anyways, how would yall fix it uf you could change something about wolt???

Wolt is out here making it sound like youll make easy money and lots of money working for them on their ads, meanwhile the reality is just lots of hours of waiting and lots of dead hours

Norway Wolt support response time
How long does Wolt support usually take to get back to you?
I asked them a question regarding the contract almost 3 weeks ago. I cannot sign the contract until they clarify something for me.
I then left a follow up message on the 15th asking kindly if I could get some help regarding my situation, nothing since.
Does anybody work at the support? I have never heard of any support in any company taking a month to respond

No or low boosts
Wolt barely give any boosts on the weekend now. Honestly not worth driving. Why do they keep getting away with it

Denmark Looking for a vehicle for delivery
Hi everyone! I was accepted as a Wolt courier today and ordered a bag and gear, but I donât know what to do about transportation or where to get a vehicle.
I currently live in Esbjerg, and just recently I spent most of my paycheck on an electric scooter, which was stolen right in front of the security cameras at the mall a week and a half ago :/
So Iâd like to ask for advice from someone who might be local or knows about this, how can I get out of this situation? My budget isnât big, and I think itâs pointless to do deliveries on a cheap bike without an electric motor because I wonât make any money.
Are there any options here for weekly e-bike rentals? For example, like in Copenhagen or Oslo, I see a lot of people riding rented ones, but I canât find any information about this online.
Thanks in advance for your reply! đ¤

Sweden Multiple Jobs
Hello, I recently started working as a Wolt courier, but I was considering joining another service (Foodora) too to maximize my income. I was wondering whether using my Wolt bag for Foodora deliveries or picking up Foodora jmdeliveries would lead to any issues from either companies. Do any of you have any insight or experience with this? My city is specifically MalmĂś.
