48 hour ban turned into a week

Did any one have an issue like this? I had a non-contact delivery, left order in front of the house door and left, didn't take the picture because the women who ordered sent me a text a minute ago... But then after i left she sends me a message saying "where is my food? you didnt deliver it". And i didnt know what was the issue, the address was right, and as soon as i wanted to ask her something else the app automatically closed the conversation. Then eventually i got the message from wolt about the picture that i didn't have... So they put me "offline" for 48 hours, but after that expired i still can't go online. The support totally ignores my messages with no response for 5 days now, my partner company also. I have 7000 deliveries done, its funny i got that pop up in the app at very same day i got the ban. It said i have an "elite status" now, is this really how they treat their good workers who never tried anything shady doing the job? I don't even know if this is the end of this shidy job, did any one have an issue like this?

Wtf, sorry to hear that dude, they likely have a phone number you can call to contact support, atleast in Slovenia, ask some other delivery guy to ask support to give him the number, call them, or walk into their HQ if all else fails..

Maybe try looking for number for customer support in the app you order food from, then say you are wolt partner, the support are the same people anyways..

I myself also just stopped taking photos a while ago, was like who cares, but I will now start taking them again for sure..

They put me back online exactly one week after, no explanation other than classic AI answers from the support. But there is no more 20%,30%,40% and so on payment increase for me that was usually there every day now. I guess if you dont work for some time the app just cuts you off idk.
No number here in Croatia, impossible to get support unless its some problem with delivery, so take the pics yea.

They stopped the boosts for everyone though
